On-site paid parking is available and managed by the propertyâs HOA. Parking passes may be purchased before arrival or onsite and are valid for the duration of your stay. Passes must be displayed on the driverâs side dashboard at all times while on property. Parking rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change without notice. U-Hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
The property is safe, secure and well managed. The unit (6908) was clean but needs a "deep cleaning'. Curtains in master bedroom and living room need to be replaced. Kitchen needs an overall deep cleaning. There are a few areas in bathrooms that needs attention. I mention this because if not corrected soon the problems will get worse.
We loved the condo! It was better than the pictures! We have a one year old and there was plenty of room for him to play and move around. My five year old loved the living room furniture. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with a newer fridge. I have personally always despised shower curtains when traveling so I really appreciated the glass shower doors in the bathrooms. Our entire family hopes to stay there again!
