This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Florida Vacation Villa is situated within the gates of Remington Golf and Country Club. Nettled in mature oaks the villa offers everything you and your family would require on vacation. Consisting of two master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and two further bedrooms with bathroom to share, furnished with twin beds. The large eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with all electrical kitchen appliances to make you feel at home. The comfortable family room with 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa flat screen TV offers the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks! Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered lanai and extended pool deck and private pool (that can be heated in Winter months if required at extra charge) All overlooking manicured lawns with mature oak trees, that belong to this property

Good house, wrong location.

The house was a good stay, easy gated neighborhood. The home was located almost 20 minutes from where it was said to be on the map though. Very disappointing situation to deal with.

Unfortunately my stay want a good one. The pool was full with Algae and bugs. When I communicated wuth the owner. They suggested to cancel my trip and let me know how lucky I was thatcthey didn't do so. The house was infested with ants. Tje owner also stated "I could've canceled you, then what would you have done. I was waiting to hear from Vrbo to find out how to request a partial refund. The pool was NOT available.I have emails texts and pictures. My childrens vacation was ruined. One of the children that jumped into the pool got sick. I clean everything the corners were dusty. They need an exterminator. Whn we were leaving the water was finally turning blue. I look forward to hearing from someone at Vrbo. Best Regards

Terrible beds, bugs, stains, poor communication

We wrote the property managers several times about our concerns. Problems started before we arrived and just got worse from there. First the property managers didn’t want to allow my legit service dog even after pointing out VRBO’s service dog policy. As soon as we arrived we noticed the carpets had stains and ants were everywhere. We used the spray under the sink and hoped for the best. During the night my son and wife had to leave their room because the ants were in the bed and all over the night stand. The next day we looked closer and realized the ants were everywhere including our suite cases. Someone did come by to spray but the place is infested. The beds are very uncomfortable. Anytime you move in the bed you can hear the springs. We contacted the property managers and VRBO many times with no help. We stay in a lot of VRBO houses and this is by far the worst!

Work stay in Kissimmee

The property is as described. The owners are easy to get in touch with if needed. All information for our stay and check in was provided and very easy to follow. We were here on business and would rent again.

Very nice property!

We had a wonderful stay here and we would certainly stay here again. My elderly parents ( ages 90 and 84 ) felt very much at home and were satisfied. The rooms were as pictured. Our only problem was with the early check out on the day of departure of 10:00 am due to the fact that our plane didn’t leave until 8:00pm. So make sure you request a late departure if you need it as soon as you book the property.
