Our stay was wonderful. Paul checked up on us the first day to make sure all was well. We thought that was a nice touch. The house had more than enough space for all of us and the kids loved the upstairs tv room and game room. Great location to walk to clubhouse pool too. A deciding factor for me is always a real hot tub and a warm pool. This house had both! And that’s not always easy to find. I have a daughter with raynauds and a husband with a bad back, so those are my non negotiables. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul for a wonderful place to stay

We had such a wonderful time. Our stay at this beautiful home was breathtaking
 it was 9 ladies.. We didn’t leave the house because it was a relaxation weekend. The rooms were so spacious and plenty of bathrooms! Everything you see on the pictures is really what you will walk into. Our host was so responsive and nice. We were accommodated so well. We definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Orlando and the Disney Area.

House was in a great location. We only had 7 people in our party so we had tons of room and was very nice that there were 4 bathrooms too so we could all get ready at the same time. Would definitely recommend and come back to this house.

Coming into the reservation check in process/location of the property was fine. Once getting settled into the property we noticed a lot of surfaces and other things that weren’t cleaned properly. We found someone else’s bloody boogers on the stairs, multiple walls, cob webs everywhere and dust everywhere. Upstairs king bed wasn’t made correctly. No fitted sheet on it only mattress cover and flat sheet. Game room wasn’t the best. Poker table had nothing so we couldn’t use it, pool table was uneven and both pool sticks weren’t even in good condition to use. Pool outside had loose screws in it the vent wasn’t even screwed down on the bottom. My kids are the ones who found the screws on the bottom of the pool. Overall, housekeeping needs to step it up on the cleaning and making sure every bed is made correctly. They did charge us for bedding which could have been sprayed and washed instead of replacing due to “stains” which were probably there prior to our visit. We had to sweep multiple days to keep up with what wasn’t done prior to us checking in. We left the rental cleaner than when we showed up. Personally, will not rent this house again.

Immaculate Vacation Home in Beautiful neighborhood, close to Disney.

We can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. Checkin process was a breeze. This was our 5th time renting in Kissimmee and it was our favorite. The layout was perfect to accommodate our family of 16 people. We never felt crowded. The clubhouse was our favorite one yet. Location was great, close to parks, shopping, food- but in a private area that was great for walking. Easy uber/doordash options or hop in the car for 5 minutes to get what you need. The list could go on and on. We had zero issues. My only thing is it could have been nice to have a few extra blankets, but we made do. Looking forward to returning to this property.

Great vacation home

We had a great stay in this home. The owner was really responsive and helpful both prior and during our stay. The location is good and is roughly 20ish minutes to Disney and 40 to universal. The home is as the pictures show and was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed having access to the clubhouse. The kids loved the splash park there and the lazy river. We decided to have pool heat once we arrived as the pool was cold. The owner made arrangements for this straight away which was fab. The check in and check out process was simple. Would highly recommended and would return to this house in the future.

Great location! Lots of space!

We travelled with 12 people ranging in age from 9-64 and there was so much space for everyone! The second living room area upstairs came in clutch! The house was very clean and easy to get to- very close to Disney (about 20-25 minutes from all 4 parks!). My younger kids loved the playroom in the garage, while the adults couldn't bear the heat! We went to the clubhouse pool once and everyone loved it. They offer food and great frozen drinks! You need to bring your own towels and tubes for the lazy river though. I would recommend you pack your own pool/beach towels as they are not supplied at rental. Also, the kitchen has zero food items, so don't expect to find sugar, salt or pepper. This might be common but we have never experienced that before. The owner, Paul, was great! We had to change our dates and he was very responsive and patient. Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing

Access to the property was simple and easy. Our host responded to all questions promptly! The house was amazing with comfortable beds. Enjoyed having a King bedroom on the first floor which a lot of properties don’t offer. Only issue was the game /garage
this time of year it’s already hot and that space, even with a fan was unbearable as well as the paint/finishing fumes. Some endured it but mostly used the games upstairs. Overall, thank you, Paul! It was a great time by everyone and would definitely stay again!

Great Family Home

We absolutely loved our week here! The upstairs bedrooms are set in little hallways with two bedrooms and a bathroom on two sides of the upstairs livingroom and then a master bedroom and en-suite at the front of the house. Downstairs had another master bedroom and en-suite off the kitchen which also had a door out from the bathroom to the pool deck. This worked perfectly for bathroom trips during our pool days without tracking water through the whole house! We just put an extra bath mat down at that door to keep the floor from getting wet or slippery from the wet bathing suites. The downstairs also has a half bath off the kitchen next to the laundry room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (probably the most well stocked rental home I’ve ever been in!) and had a nice big dining room table. The owner checked in with us to see how things were going and I had mentioned that I wish we had a broom to do some cleaning up, and he had one delivered the next morning! Superb service, superb home, and excellent pool area! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Amazing house, location and host!

We had such a great time and the clubhouse pool and lazy river facilities were a hit for my nieces! Look forward to returning as soon as we can. Our host was quick too in responding to any of my questions and made this a stress free booking and stay.

Lovely villa

This is a really great property for the price. It is a little dated and could use a revamp but i feel this is reflected in the price. We were offered pool heating and though we wouldn't need it as its Orlando but the pool was very cold. This was our mistake but i would most definitely recommend getting the heating when travelling in April. The villa is in perfect location for all the major parks and great for travelling further afield.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was as expected and Paul was always so responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool was warm (we paid for pool heat in March), the clubhouse was just a short walk away. Everyone ages 3-65 enjoyed themselves and we made amazing family memories!

Great week!

Homeowner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had from the moment I booked. House was very well spread out and had everything we needed. Community pool was awesome and was just a short walk away. Only 1 bedroom downstairs which I should have double checked before hand due to a few people who didn't need to be doing a lot of stairs, but we made it work. Great price for the week and to get all family together. Thank you.

Great place

It was a nice stay . The walk to club house wasn’t bad, but for the first week of August and Florida heat , it was a super hot walk. A little disappointed that it says you can’t bring your own food and drink into the pool area at the club house. Wish I knew that before we bought a lot of drinks to bring to the pool . Pool at house was super convenient. We did universal for a day and bought a 2 day Go city all inclusive pass , and most activities are about 30-45 min drive to our place . Supermarkets were pretty close .Amazon deliveries and even Walmart plus deliveries are made right to your door. Wasn’t sure how it would since gated a community but that made shopping super convenient. A few more essential items and better pots and pans for big parties would have been nice , but overall can’t complain about this place . Beautiful, well kept and great customer service. We did leave pool tubes for the lazy river since they don’t supply so hopefully whoever came the second week of august got use out of them if they were thrown away by the cleaning people . Also left behind salt& pepper , dish soap , TP & paper towels , and a few other miscellaneous items so hopefully made it easier for the next people. Upstairs asks you to take your shoes off and no food and drink , which was actually kind of nice . Didn’t worry what the baby would be crawling and walking on with the rug up there as it felt very clean . Thanks Paul for a great stay. I for sure recommend your home .

Windsor at Westside resort

Very nice, perfect size for our party of 10. The resort clubhouse is great and was walking distance from our rental. My only complaint, which really isn’t a huge deal is that there is not the best cookware selection for making meals for a large group of people. We made it work though.
