This is the perfect place to make memories with your family and friends! Kids AND adults will love the game room with FOUR Xboxes, pool & spa, theatre, themed bedrooms (Harry Potter, Up, and Toy Story), and all the amenities at The Oasis Club & The Retreat Club (lazy river, water slides, jacuzzi, pool, restaurant & bar, fitness center).

Maria was a pleasure to rent from and work with, very attentive to our questions and any needs that would arise! The House was so much FUN, it had everything we could have wanted and more! The tweens love, love, loved the game room! The three themed bedrooms were a HUGE HIT and all the beds and linens were very comfortable! Totally enjoyed watching a few movies in the theater room, of course with tons of popcorn ! The pool and hot tub were great especially on the warmer Florida days and nights! We also enjoyed the oasis club amenities, with the Lazy River and delicious appetizers and frozen pinacolodas! Would highly recommend and stay there again! Family the first week, so trips to the Disney parks were a short drive and friends the second week, played 3 rounds of golf and everyone agreed Disney Magnolia golf course is a MUST!! Thanks again Maria fantastic memories were made by all!

We enjoyed staying at this house with a total of 3 families. We had kids ages ranging from 1-9 years old. This house was suited perfectly for everyone! The movie theater room and Toy Story slide were a hit! As was the pool. The safety gate was great for peace of mind. Maria was a great host and was very responsive if we had any questions! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our vrbo family trip a great experience!

The host was responsive.The house was clean and had a lot of room especially the kitchen with 2 large refrigerators.The game room and theatre room was a big plus. The pool was small but worked out okay; the jacuzzi was a good size. Having access to the lazy River was a nice amenity. It has everything you could need and my kids loved the games room and cinema room.Maria was pleasant enough to check in and see how our stay was going and whether any help was needed. We used the oasis club and the retreat which were both good, though no outside food or drink is permitted.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. While the home looked nice in the listing, our experience did not match what was advertised.Several issues impacted our trip:‱Cleanliness: On arrival, there was hair in the main shower and toothpaste on the mirror. A supervisor came out and did a light cleaning, but this should have been addressed before check-in.‱Pests: Sour flies were a major issue throughout the kitchen, even acknowledged by the supervisor during her visit. This led to wasted food and made meal prep very difficult.‱Maintenance: The sink was repeatedly clogged, the game room had a mildew/damp smell, and the theater room seats in the second row did not recline or adjust as advertised. Many outlets did not work. An entire row in the theatre room did not recline.‱Amenities not as described: We paid for pool heat, but the pool was not at the expected temperature.‱Trash & yard: Trash was not removed as described, and raccoons got into it. We had no choice but to pick it up ourselves, which was unpleasant. The side gate to the backyard could not be locked, leaving the yard unsecured.‱Parking: The listing indicated space for five cars, but security only allowed two in the driveway.Because of these issues, many family members left early, and we did not feel safe or comfortable. We had expected a more updated, well-maintained property based on the profile. Unfortunately, our overall experience was stressful and disappointing.

Nice house

Overall the house was awesome! The pool and hottub were very nice! The waterpark and extras the came with property were easy to use and find. The kids loved the house it had awesome games amd bedrooms plenty of space and bathrooms! The only thing that was a little diffcult was the traah. Its a large home and they only took one bag of trash but the owners were amazing! They reaponded quickly and didnt mind that there was bags of trash still remaining. I would definitely recommend

The home is very spacious and clean with a well.stocked kitchen, all as fully described. Gate check-in was smooth. The house felt very secure in the gated community. It was near a grocery store and restaurants which is handy.There are water bugs or cockroaches in the kitchen. We saw one the first night and multiple scurried out of sight the morning we left before the sun came up. There seem to be some electrical issues too. Ceilimg lights would come on randomly and the back porch light above the fire pit table began to flicker at 4am one morning. The lamp nearest the bathroom in the large King room also randomly turned on at 3am one morning. Showers were fine, but the tub in the large King master bath was not getting any hot water to it. For such a large home, putting one bag of trash out per day is a challenge also.

The property wasn't cleaned properly at all!! But the host Maria assured me that she definitely will notify the cleaners, she was exceptionally helpful in every way. She was constantly reaching out via email letting me know about all the amenities that were available for my family. Which was very convenient being that I was there to visit a family in the hospital. The overall stay I will give a 4 out of 5.

Excellent vacation

We had a fabulous time. Host was very attentive to the few concerns we had and was great to rent from. We would definitely rent from her again. Our biggest issue was out of our hosts control. The gate to get in was broken the entire stay. Our host again was very attentive to trying to correct and went out of her way to try to help in anyway . It was her fault in any way but still cared very much how it impacted us and that’s hard to come across when renting these days. We loved how spacious the property was and Absolutely loved having the two fridges with a large family. Thanks again for such a fabulous week.
