Not Disappointed

When we arrived, the lights were on, felt very welcoming. Got into bed and the bed side rail was not attached causing the bed to sag. Maintenance came the next day to fix. Kitchen was great, pool was warm as requested and bbq was available as requested. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

As Advertised - Great Stay

We just completed a very pleasant stay. The house was just as described and as per the photos, and was well-equipped with what was needed for our family of 4. Even though we didn't do "the Mouse" on this visit, the property is extremely close to all Disney attractions so we'd certainly stay here on future trips. Beyond the house itself, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Misti at Titan. She was extremely responsive and helpful which definitely made our stay more enjoyable. We have had plenty of negative experiences with property managers but this was terrific. I'd stay here again to interact with her alone.

Pros: great location, updated master bathroom was nice. Updated kitchen was nice. Cons: place wasn't thoroughly clean. Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies. I do a thorough cleaning wherever I go. Someone else's hair was in shower and sink, cheap bathroom curtain upstairs. Spots on some bedroom comforters, in the mickey mouse room, headboard kept hitting the wall. House could use some much needed updates. Next time, I'll find another house.

Perfect vacation home

Spacious home with lots of room to keep the 7 of us from tripping over each other, with enough gathering areas when we ate together. Clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable and we couldn’t hear any sounds from the other rooms. Nice covered pool area. Quiet neat subdivision. Would definitely recommend, great value for our money!

Great vacation

We just returned from our spring break vacation and the home was perfect for us, great location, close to everything, clean and everything worked. Pool was warm and the view of the woods out back is a great place for morning coffee. Would stay there again for sure!

Good choice for a quiet house in convenient area

We had a great 2 weeks staying here. The master bedroom had a fab large comfy bed. The ensuite bathroom had a separate bath and shower unit. The kitchen was well equipped with good storage space. The view from the lania was lovely. We regularly had Sandhill cranes visiting. We saw little blue herons, red tailed hawks as well as the ever present black vultures. The house was in a quiet area with friendly neighbours. It's a convenient location for visiting the theme parks as well as some of the satellite areas of Orlando. A few minus points. *The windows and sliding doors to the lania are old and are difficult to open. One of the windows onto the lania broke during our stay. However, the management company were excellent in getting it mended. * The window blinds throughout the house are in poor condition. * Minimal supplies - no kitchen roll, no replacement toilet paper and only a few small courtesy hand soaps. This is unusual for most of the rental properties we have stayed in this vacation.

Had a great time!

Stayed February 10-24. Here are the pros and cons of this property: Pros - House is close to main drag with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. Communication was superb. Misti was very helpful and responsive. First floor looks recently updated including master bedroom and bathrooms. Pool is pretty well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. House well-stocked with Kitchenware, towels and linens. Beautiful view of lake, forest and wildlife from the pool. Birds stop by regularly! 25 minutes from Disney parks. All Tvs worked for streaming. Air conditioning works; they also supplied a box fan for upstairs. Cons- Pool faces North, so not a lot of sun in February. Pool heat didn't work last day (Misti took care of it same day though). Upstairs beds aren't very comfortable. Titan Homes was great and we would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Family Stay!

The house was a great size for our family of 5. The house was a match to the online description- which was reassuring. We loved swimming every morning and looking out onto the river- we could see such cool animals! The location was quiet and easily accessible to everything we needed- Orlando, Disney, Shopping, Food and fun things to do. The managers of the location were some of the best we have ever dealt with: extremely helpful, compassionate, and went out of their way to respond quickly. We really felt they went the extra step to make us happy, and we really appreciated it. It was so lovely to have our own, big and private place to stay on this trip. We are confident that visitors will enjoy their stay here....

Petty neighbors

Overall the stay was fine. Only incident has nothing to with our rental. Bring that it was my 11 year old daughter’s bday (reason for the trip) her and her 2 cousins were in the pool after 10. Not making noise, just talking. I was monitoring them. The next day the owner contacted us and advised that the neighbors complained and said if it happened again they would call the police. That was unreal. Nice property, petty neighbors.
