Absolutely loved the house!! The house was very clean upon arrival however sheets seem to need to be replaced with new ones as they had a yellow stain to them. I paid for the jacuzzi to be heated and it was in fact not heated but just warmed. Wish I would’ve known because it was waste of money. Community was filled with very nice people, it’s clean and very quiet. I give the overall stay an 8/10! Definitely recommend if you have children.

The pool was nice. The hot tub is more of a spa. There are bubbles, but the water is not hot. The property was nice, but the carpets do need a good cleaning. There are plenty of pots and pans, flatware, glasses and dishes, but no spices. Not even salt and pepper, so be prepared if you plan to cook. The club house pool area is nice and lots of fun for the whole family. The host was very easy to work with.We would stay there again for sure.

Rooms were decorated super cute. Beds very comfortable. Carpets were very stained from wear and tear, but otherwise clean. Close to attractions. Make sure to read the rules of the community and follow them.

This property advertised a hot tub that is not, in fact, a hot tub but a whirlpool spa attached to the pool that is unheated unless scheduled and paid for. The community pooldeck does have a hot tub but the pool deck is only open noon until 5pm. This was a big disappointment for our group as we specifically choose properties with a hot tub to relax in during the evening hours.The home comfortably sleeps 14 or more people, however cooking for a group this size is prohibitive with the pots, pans and cooking utensils provided.The home was more than an adequate size of our group of 2 families to sleep and enjoy vacation.

House was overall ok. However the condition was not as advertised. Dirty areas like carpets and rugs. We ordered a crib as an extra and when we arrived it was missing 4 screws and falling apart and was unsafe to use. Had to call their maintenance out who showed up around 8pm. Big inconvenience considering we couldn’t put our child to bed on time for the first day of our trip. No partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. Coffee pot didn’t work and had to be replaced, multiple chairs were loose and not safe to use, the pool fence was unsecure and not safe. All things that should be taken care of prior to guests showing up. Decent house and price but not quite what was advertised in the photos.

House was overall good but they could stand for a deeper clean. There were a lot of crumbs under the rugs. Also the dryer is not vented outside and it’s not healthy to breathe in dryer venting. I would recommend better quality towels for guest and putting more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was a great stay but could use some tidying.

What a great stay! Stayed for the weekend to celebrate my sons bday and had an amazing time. The house was clean and provided a good range of basic necessities. It was located in a perfect spot of being in between both exits and a minute drive to the water park/club amenities.The rooms were a great size and was the perfect setup for large groups that don't necessarily have a bunch of small kids coming along as well. Our host Maria was very accommodating and very prompt with responding to messages. The ONLY thing i could complain about is that the jacuzzi knob didn't work to turn on the bubbles but since we paid for pool heating, the pool itself was like a giant bath that we didn't even care to complain. Would absolutely stay in this property again!Oh and the location couldn't be better. You are within 10 mins of every store/restaurant you could need.
