Beautiful house, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub was relaxing especially on the cold nights. The house backs up to the woods which makes its quiet when sitting outback. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at the property with my family during the holidays. The communication with the owner was smooth, check in was seamless and the stay was enjoyable. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool as the temperature dropped as soon as we arrived but it looked really nice! House was clean and well equipped. I was a bit leary about the strict rules with guest and parking but later realized that it is probably a city / neighborhood ordinance. It all ended up working itself out in the end so there were no issues. Neighborhood is very close to Walmart for convenient shopping and a short driving distance to the Disney parks. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area in the future.

The cute cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The bathrooms are amazing. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Washer and dryer looked new. The kitchen was big and spacious. There was plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, two kinds of coffee machine and plenty of gadgets for cooking. The air conditioner in the house worked great except for the bedrooms at night time. I suggest leaving the bedroom doors open all day so the bedrooms stay somewhat pleasant through out the night. Also in the bedrooms when the air turns on and off it makes a slight banging noise, it scared me at first but got used to the noise. The pool screens outside do need to be pressure washed, there was some stuff growing on them. The pool was great lots of seating. The seating cushions need to be replaced as they are getting a little shabby. Over all we would definitely stay again!!! You will never have the absolute perfect house as we all know it’s a lot of upkeep. It was close to Disney, Disney Springs, and with traffic about 30 min to universal. Lots of shopping near by including a Walmart about 5 min away. Host was fast to respond when we wanted the best for pool and jacuzzi.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The House was wonderful. It was very well kept and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We were 5 mins away from stores and restaurants. This is the second time that we have stayed at a property hosted by Michel and we will definitely stay at one of their properties again in the future.

Clean home and beds were comfortable. No pool toys, no garbage can in master bath, no family games for when you have down time, loud banging noise at night (all night long) when air would shut off or turn on. Pool table isn’t level so we couldn’t play. No kleenex. The couch was very uncomfortable.

We booked this property as the pictures online showed a nice property. My only complaint was lowering the temp of the A/C was fully restricted so primary rooms were extremely stuffy and uncomfortable while the remainder of the home was cold. I ended up texting the Property Manager 9am about how hot the rooms were. I didn't receive a response back until I contacted them again later that night. Once informed of the situation, they had someone come out but basically said they couldn't do anything about it. The house rules and instructions were also a bit extreme! All in all a decent stay.

Great Place to Chill

This house was absolutely great. We had three small family units so it was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms, with an open, comfortable living area for the group. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was so nice for relaxing after a busy day.

Disney Family Trip

The house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect fit for our family vacation. The pool was large enough to accommodate 5 children and the adults enjoyed the hot tub/spa. The house was very close to Disney, we never had a drive over 20 minutes. There are many stores and restaurants near by as well.

From the time we booked the rental everything went great. The owners were responsive to all questions. The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of rooms, pool was nice after a long day at the Disney parks, and location to the parks was ideal.

The house was perfect for our family - large kitchen, bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Pool and spa area was great! Location was amazing (10-25 minutes to all parks) - area was beautiful and easy to access. Highly recommended!

Very convenient and clean

This house was very conveniently located if you are staying to go to Disney, very close easy drive to all of the parks. There were seven of us and we all had plenty of space and did not feel like we were on top of each other. There were a few things that we did not know ahead of time so make sure you read the entire listing information, the hot tub is not hot unless you pay extra and also you have to pay extra for a grill which we did not know ahead of time and that was a little disappointing, but overall good experience.

Super!

We come every year to play golf. I only rent from Michel. Every thing is dead on what is written. Super nice house, pool jacuzzi etc. All that less than 15 minutes from any Disney attraction. Merci beaucoup
