Great Location! It has a great Mickey Room with 4 Full size beds, a Frozen Room with a full and twin beds, also Marvel Room with a full and twin beds, and other 5 king size Room ,outdoor private heated pool, 120 inches outdoor porjetor screen,those for 21 people , a big family to spend their amazing time here, enjoy the weather and theme park, which is 20 mins away.Outside of the property and poolsides has surveillance devices only for security purposes.

Great location host was very responsive on pool heater issue. Not a huge fan of the cameras at the pool (with my daughter and wife running around in bathing suits) but it’s understandable with this day in time and the way people are nowadays. Could use a few small things done to house such as oiling squeaky doors (not going to be quiet) ceiling fans in all the bedrooms would be a huge upgrade. Overage good experience would recommend

Disappointed

This was a staycation for me and my fiance and a small family get together for his birthday. Initially, the check in process and response time from the owner was fine until we noticed a lot of bedrooms were not cleaned (including sheets and bedding that smelled like the person before us), stains, and in the bathroom there were men shavings (either beard or pubic). We told him out of genuine concern because we didn’t think the house was cleaned at all before we got there and we still had to wash the linen. This didn’t include the moldy patio furniture, and the unwashed dishes. After expressing our concerns, Steven (the owner or manager) stopped answering.

Great house with lots of room

We had 20 members of our family come together to head to Disney and Universal. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were sufficient for everyone and we never ran out of hot water. Steven was so responsive with his communication and helpful with the questions we asked. One thing that is out of the control of the property owner is the unknowns of what kind of renters are renting the STRs around the home. The neighborhood security and police aren’t able (or unwilling?) to do anything about loud music or the crazy amount of pot being smoked literally on the patio next door. It affected our kids being able to enjoy the pool every evening we were there, the smell was so strong. All that said, the house itself is fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to spend time out on a patio or in the pool with reasonable noise levels or smoke/pot free, this cannot be guaranteed.

Beautiful home

Very nice spacious home. We had a great family vacation, we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be there was not enough wash cloths, we had a party of 11 and there was only maybe 8 wash cloths in the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and new. We were a group of moms and daughters in town for a cheer competition. The house met our needs perfectly and we would definitely rent it again.

Pool mishap

We LOVED our stay, the house was perfect and everything we needed. Only complaints are the running the dryer 3 times to dry a load, which whatever but also a pain. Other complaint is we paid for heating of the pool and spa and did not receive it, or a refund. Our bad for not complaining sooner but we just thought we were crazy and are very non confrontational people so don’t like to complain. But the day before we left the pool guys came and told the owner the heater was leaking, so he came and worked on it for 1.5 hours, then the heat was working! But with that it only worked for like 4-5 hours, we were in the spa and felt the jets turn ice cold. Woke up in the morning before we left to the hot tub empty. So overall house is great just really disappointed in the lack of honesty from the property owner when the heat was broken and he knew, not giving us a refund for that portion.

Wonderful two night stay

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Universal Studios. Property is spacious and gorgeous. Property owner is great and quickly responded to a few questions I had. Looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this rental!

A few bumps along the way!

The house was spacious and beautiful. It definitely could have been cleaner. A few things to note : there is a limited number of towels and face cloths and no dish cloths/towels. (All minor but good to know) The dryer has to go though about 3 cycles to dry your clothes. The pool! We had a terrible time with the pool. Jimmy the pool guy was rather rude to us and complained that we were a bother to him and that he had to waste so many chemicals on the pool that he has to pay for! We were floored. We had no way to contact him directly, so it was not us that were bothering him! The pool was a bright green color and we lost 4.5 days of the pool because we could not swim due to the amount of chemicals that were needed. Very disappointing for our children especially! Steven, the manager was wonderful! Very quick to respond and offered us to use another house/pool for the last 2 days. However still very inconvenient. We made the best of it, and still enjoyed the house aside from the set backs.

Just what we needed

Everything about our stay here was just what we expected, and exactly what we needed. Clean, family-friendly, and overall a great time. Steven was incredibly responsive and we had zero issues with check-in or with accessing the property. Definitely a 10/10.

Disney vacation

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 children. The children loved the Disney themed rooms, game room and of course the pool. Couldn't have asked for a better house and location. Would definitely stay again.

My Week Stay

I did book this house base on the reviews. I will be breaking down my review as pros and cons regarding my stay. Pros: The house is nice and spacious- my family of 12 fit comfortably in the house. Any issues the homeowner responded quickly. Upon entering the house it appears clean (remember this part). The house is close to the mall, shopping malls/outlets and the Disney Parks. Cons: There is construction going in in front of the house and behind the house. You can’t hear it in the house. But it does cause parking issues, and you will have an audience when trying to swim or just enjoying the patio. Like I stated before the house appears clean - upon further review it wasn’t clean. The fridge was dirty and had juice spills- like it hadn’t wiped down before our visit. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. One bedroom sheets had a stain that appeared to be blood . I did contact the host about this and he brought over new sheets. We honestly ended up buying blankets for everyone because we weren’t even sure the sheets had been changed due to the number of spots and stains we seen. There were little hairs in the wash cloths and towels. There was a roach in the first room-we noticed it in on our last day when packing. No one came to maintain the pool while we were there. There was dirt on the walls of the pool. The pool didn’t have a chlorine smell. There is no railings to get in or out the pool. There was also a braid from someone’s hair twisted into the gate. The club house is located 6 mins from the house which isn’t bad but I was under the impression it was in the neighborhood. Overall the house isn’t bad, it’s just the cleanliness of the house that gives it a negative impact. I just want to give a true review before people spend thousands of dollars on a house that isn’t as clean as it should be.

Fantastic stay

We came there to go to Disney. The location was excellent in relation to the theme parks. The kids had a great time in the pool in the backyard of the house. They have a clubhouse with a lazy river and splash pad for the kids. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Fantastic stay!

Great Family Getaway

We stayed for 5 days with my children and three grandchildren. It was a nice brand new home with plenty of space for everyone. The grandkids enjoyed the private pool as well as the pool at the Oasis Club. Steven was quick to respond to any issues and questions. It is a short drive to theme parks and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
