Staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent and convenient. The shuttle was a bonus when it worked for our schedule and the location was close enough to catch an Uber when needed. Overall I would stay here again.

There was no water to the room on Saturday afternoon, and we had to leave and find a bathroom at WaWa for our granddaughter. The hotel employees we spoke TO didn’t speak English. Breakfast room seemed too small for the large crowd of visitors. No place to sit, took food back to our room. Only Bold regular coffee, no medium blend. Having someone serve the hot breakfasts was a nice touch. They gave us 10,000 points for the inconvenience on Saturday, although we don’t know how to access that.

Our group of ten booked a five‑night stay at this hotel. Although we arrived early and appreciated that our luggage was stored, the situation quickly deteriorated when we returned to check in. We were informed that one of our reserved rooms was no longer available, and two members of our party were told they would need to stay at another hotel 30 minutes away. This was especially inconvenient as we had early morning plans the next day. Management was unavailable, and no proactive solutions or compensation were offered. Later that night, another serious incident occurred. A guest was mistakenly given a key to the room where my daughter, son‑in‑law, and three granddaughters were sleeping. The person opened the door, but thankfully the security latch prevented entry. This was extremely distressing for the family, especially the children. The following day, the same room had a plumbing issue with only scalding hot water, requiring yet another room change. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing—from the overbooking, to the security breach, to the lack of meaningful response from staff. When I submitted a review to the hotel directly, the reply was a generic apology that did not address any of the issues raised. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Truthfully the hotel was outdated and did not match expectations from the pictures. The room smelt slightly musty and while the transportation to and from the Disney parks was appreciated, the timing of pickups were inconvenient. I will say the staff was very polite at all times and Veronica from the front desk stood out beyond all others, her service was exceptional and she did everything she could to make the stay as enjoyable as possible and was always eager to help with a wonderfully positive attitude. Overall I would choose to spend a little more on a different hotel next time as this one just was not even worth the price as it was.
