This beautiful 4 bedroom single story home is situated in Bridgewater Crossings, in Davenport, FL. Bridgewater Crossings is a beautifully maintained community. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location where it’s hard to imagine you are only a short drive to the main gates of Disney. As of Feb. 2020 the home boasts all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Also, they have had installed - a new 50" smart TV in the family room, a 40" smart TV in the master bedroom and a 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom. There is a conservation area right behind the home and there is a pool table in the garage.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Good house but?

The house itself was nice and clean, Craig from the management was wonderful, but as a person from the Hospitality and food business, stayed before in four corners, Celebration, Kissimmee and Buena Vista, this location wasn't worth $$$ for 5 nights at all ( I don't recommend the location but recommend the management company) * house is in need for some upgrades * House is smal it can not hold more than a family of 4 to 6 people NOT 8 * smal Pool with a view of the neighbor rundown house and pool * pool furniture in Desperate for change * Tv's remote not working ( need battery) * Bad smell in the small bathroom not sure it was from the sewer or the water itself As I mentioned I don't recommend this location or Davenport in general but I would recommend the management company

Property managers George and Craig were great. Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool. Home is nicer than online photos, would recommend this property.

This place was awesome ,we absolutely loved it there. A bit far from the beaches, but we found things to do nearby 🙂The pool was awesome! The entry light in the foyer didn't work,but we didn't need it anyways. We loved our stay and wish we didn't need to leave!!

Some issues but very helpful response during holidays

We found a few issues with home and pool upon arrival. Craig did a great job resolving these while rental office was closed for the holidays. He was friendly and knowledgeable and arrived quickly. We noticed one issue with garage but not as urgent as you don’t park in garage and only use on recycling and trash pickup day. Shower and towels needed some cleaning. Driveway is smaller than expected in photos. Location is not great as we could not use I4 due to traffic both day and night but we found alternate routes adding ten to fifteen minutes. Thank you

Christmas fail

The stove glass was broken,the refrigerator was broken (froze all of our food and the shelves on the door dumped all of our food on the floor, good thing we didn't put glass in there or my granddaughter's feet would have been cut) the microwave door handle was broken. The dryer takes three times to get a load dry, what a waste of time and electricity. Why there's a hot tub even shown is beyond me. Paid to have the pool heated, that finally started working just as we were leaving. The front bathtub doesn't drain, and maybe someone should tell the cleaning staff to remove the slip mat once in a while and clean under it. Sometimes you need to invest money into a property not white duct tape. Overall was not pleased with this property and will not recommend it.

Simple and spacious

House was very spacious and clean inside. Owner responded rather quickly to messages. Several appliances had white tape holding pieces together (refrigerator and microwave). Also found white tape over an outlet in the master. Almost lost some of our groceries because the bar on the refrigerator door came untaped. Other than that, the house was in good shape. Very quiet neighborhood tucked away from the chaos. Yet still close to interstates. Walmart and groceries were about a 10 minute drive. Gas station was about 5 minutes away. The pool concerned us as there was no alarm or button to press to get out of the door as stated in the email sent to us. So we spent a good while looking for a button to press because we thought an alarm would go off if we opened the door. Also stated that a pool guy came out once a week to clean the pool but we never saw anyone come. Had to clean the pool upon arrival due to a large amount of gnats(?) and debris floating in it. There were some noodles there so our kids had stuff to float with. Beds are very hard! This is not lightly said. I'm not picky about firmness but it was very uncomfortable. I took several naps on the couch due to not sleeping well in the master bed. Other than that, it's a great place to stay if you can get past the hard beds. Basic appliances, nothing special. Pool table was a little off balance but didn't ruin the fun. There was a ps2 and games as well except no controllers to actual play it.

House was lovely and spacious. It was spotless inside, however the pool area was not as clean. Disappointed that there were no basic pantry items, e.g. salt, pepper, coffee.... there was nothing whatsoever! The landline did not work , we asked Management and they said to plug it into a different socket but this would have left us without WiFi. The WiFi reception was excellent though! Bedding could do with being replaced....our bedspread was old and knobbly. It is a good bit further from the parks than we anticipated, on a very busy highway, obviously no fault on the house but keep it in mind if this is your plan. Overall, a lovely house.

Great location

I was a little apprehensive at first but overall, not a bad deal for the price. We stayed for a week during Christmas. The house was clean, quite location, ideal layout for my family and I (split floor plan, perfect for teens) and had basic Tolitrees.. Owner was friendly and fast to respond to questions. The only suggestion is to get memory foam covers for the mattresses as they are hard and uncomfortable. But overall, I was pleased and would rent again.

Great Home

We loved our stay. The pool was kinda cold we should have paid for heat. The house was well stocked minus paper products ( paper towel, trash bags, toliet paper) . The living room furniture was very comfortable. The water pressure was great for showers. The house could have used a better cleaning as far as base boards and doors but overall neat no dust or dirty floors. The master bedroom furniture was beautiful but mast bed was extremely hard felt like a box spring we definitely like a more plush softer mattress, but everyone is different. The neighborhood was quite. We really enjoyed our stay. We contacted the management with a couple questions and had answers very quickly. Definitely would recommend this home.

House was wonderful!

House was very nice and clean. Close and convenient to shopping, restaurants and Disney Parks. I read a previous review about the bed being hard, but I did not let that review keep me from booking this house. I agree, the master bed was hard,(only slept 2 nights in it out of the 9 days) but everyone is different in the firmness that they like so don't let that discourage you. We just slept in the room up front instead that has the queen bed. That mattress was more like what we are used to and found it to be more comfortable. So no big deal. There were also reviews I read about the house having the bare minimums. Renters needing to supply toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap. Again, no big deal. I have rented a house in Florida before and this is just how it is. Another review mentioned the house being out-dated. It may be out-dated to you depending on where you live and what kind of taste you have. Me being in Rochester NY, I don't like all the green, orange and yellows that the Florida homes are decorated in. The taste in furniture is different from mine as well, but that does not mean it's out-dated. You are just renting it, not owning it. So it's decor should not even be an issue. Don't let any of those previous reviews keep you from renting this house. Owner was very nice. I had emailed him several times with questions and he got right back to me in a short amount of time. We were very happy with the house! Thank you so much we had a fabulous time!

Clean home near Championsgate

Nice, clean home. Pretty pool. Home is close to Championsgate and the Omni Hotel. The beds are not comfortable and the washer stopped working day 3 of our 9 day stay. We were unable to get anyone to come look at it. We had to take all our dirty beach clothes back home with us. Remember you will need to buy paper towels and garbage bags. It’s bare bones.
