I would highly suggest that you lock up your belongings in the safe. I left the room, not knowing I was to get a room clean, and when I came back my IPAD was stolen. They did leave the plug. When I reported to the property management the sent a security officer who gave me something similar to a police report to fill out and drop off. Bottom line, don’t get your room cleaned. Always leave privacy on the door. Also, the internet is so sketchy there, my husband reported over 38 attacks and had to run Norton on all our phones and devices. The pool is fantastic (heated) but definitely the people who work there are worn down and honestly could use some lessons in hospitality.

Great for our family of 7. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. Washer and dryer in unit was extremely helpful! Any requests we had were met promptly. We did not use the pools or other amenities due to time. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Would stay again!
