We stayed here for a weekend and left with multiple suspicious bug bites. When I called to report it, the staff was dismissive and would not let me speak to a manager. Very disappointing experience, both in cleanliness concerns and customer service.

The room was nice, in a great location and the staff was amazing. I only gave 3 stars because to my surprise the food was horrible and there was a live bug in our bathroom. Definitely was caught off guard given everything else was so great.
