The entire property appeared neglected from a maintenance perspective. Rugs were worn, broken and stained. Walls seemed to be rusting in all corners. Any wallpaper was coming undone in the corners. Bathroom need caulking. Shower curtain was torn. Rusty stains on everything and acting metal.

The facility itself is run down. Anything that’s metal is rusted. The entire bathroom needs caulking. shower curtain was torn. hair dryer barely worked. The rugs in the hallway were severely worn & stained. The staff on the other hand was AMAZING! Housekeeping did a great job daily. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff kept a well stocked braise buffet with fresh eggs, meats, fruit and bread.

Very good breakfast, but I was very disappointed with Expedia, since I was told I would not be required to pay any extra fees, as advertised on the website. To my surprise, I was charged a resort fee. I was never informed about this at any moment. The only email I received in advance mentioned the security deposit, which is completely fair since it is returned after check-out. If I had known about these additional charges, I would never have chosen this hotel.

The television had a glitch where every couple of minutes (I'm not exaggerating), it made a loud scratching sound and the sound cut out (maybe the picture did too, I don't remember) for a second or two. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also, the picture appeared as if it were in standard definition. Very poor and blurry. Also, several network channels were unavailable. We had stayed here a week prior and that was also the case and the tv in that room actually became uncontrollable by either the remote or the buttons on the tv. The only way you could turn it off was by unplugging it and if plugged back up, it turned itself Back on. The room shown on Expedia's site that I booked (and also shown on the hotel site) was a suite that slept up to 6 (didn't need that many fortunately) but when I went back to the desk to complain, they said that suites did not exist in that hotel and there was no such room. They would not give me a price break or any other form of accommodation for this. Expedia did give me a $25 credit the next day when I told them but to post a picture of a room not at that hotel and also sell it as a suite that doesn't exist is wrong! Now if you just want a regular room and don't give a rip about the television, it's a good place. However, I needed the tv to watch a particular football game so it was very unsatisfactory. Please ignore the good rating I gave this place last week because I ignored the tv thing and went to a sports bar, figuring it was a one off but it wasn't.
