Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home. Home has been completely updated to meet Premier status! All the amenities of home, plus the private resort without the theme park rates. This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. NOTE: There is a $20/day/unit (plus tax) resort fee payable to the resort at check-in.

très beau séjour

Nous avons choisi cette maison pour aller passer 1 semaine en Floride avec toute la famille! La maison est très bien située pour la piscine et elle est très bien adaptée pour une famille!! Si on y retourne, on reprendra cette maison.

The hosts were AMAZING! Cannot say enough good things and the house was PERFECT! Had everything. Toys and space for our toddler, crib for our infant that fits perfectly next to the master bed. Gates. TVs. I could go on and on. This place is a dream for families. Highly highly recommend!

Second time staying here and it was great! Super clean and check in/out is simple. KIDS: Perfect place for families with young children. Crib, high chair, single stroller, pool toys/floats, kid plates/utensils, and toys are all available in the unit. Never heard neighbors. Fantastic pool w/zero entry area in the shade for the kids. LOCATION: Unit is around a 25 minute drive from Disney parks. Traffic has never been an issue. Also right by a Dutch Bros and Publix which is so nice!DETAILS: The management company forgot to restock the laundry detergent and one bathroom soap, but most vrbos don’t even offer those things and you have to buy way more than you can even use. This VRBO provides detergent, paper towels, soap, etc, and that makes such a huge difference!Owners are so friendly and responsive. My kids love all the Mickey details. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks for a great stay!

We recently stayed here along with family. It was one of memorable stay. Right from beginning the communication sent to us and checking on us if all good once checked in were awesome. Beautiful house

Stayed here while on Spring break with our kids and our parents. There is a bedroom downstairs, which was convenient for our older Uncle that isn’t great with stairs. Other bedrooms were neat and clean. Sleeps 8 very comfortably (we had 7.) Pool was nice. Gym was clean. Grocery store right next door. Resort desk had a place to buy park tickets. And there were turtles at the pond in the middle of community that the kids loved. Pam and Bill were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this house to family/friends vacation.

This unit is situated at just a 5 minute walk to the pool area. Ideal location, very spacious. The unit is very well equipped for kids of all ages. The owners are super sweet and responsive. Great place

Host were great and great at answering any questions we had for them. Dryer went out while there and they had a new one delivered, so we could get our laundry done before going on our cruise. Everything was wonderful.

They do not keep sufficient supplies in the kitchen (if you plan to cook) or in the laundry. The bathrooms also lack basic supplies. You will need to get everything including body wash, soaps,etc.

the property was comfortable and accommodating beside some of the check out rules as for the trash goes. The lazy river is killer of vacation that thing has a aera that riped the skin from my big toe thats still giving me problems today and I rented back in july Im looking for answers as to what caused this injury it needs to be fixed asap.

Wonderful house.

My grandchildren loved the Disney decorations! The house had all the necessary items for children -- pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, life jackets, beach toys, wagon, house toys. We had a wonderful stay -- just wish we could have had more time to enjoy the ammenities provided at this resort.
