If you like the âSUNâ this is the home for you. The home is one of the few homes in Reunion with a rare southerly view, and enjoys direct sunlight all day long, making the pool deck a sunbather's paradise. The deck is surrounded by ample sun loungers, ideal for those who want to bask in the warmth. The summer kitchen is perfect for grilling up delicious meals, and the elegant outdoor dining table with seating for 16 creates a perfect setting for al fresco dining under the sun's golden rays.
The open concept floor plan is designed for quality family time. Relax in the living area with comfortable sectional sofas, an 85-inch Series 8 TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, and beautiful ceiling beams that create a luxurious ambiance. The living room TV includes Apple TV 2 for games and streaming your favorite shows. The gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an oversized refrigerator, granite counters, and custom cabinetry, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is counter seating for 6 around the kitchen island, and a grand dining table with seating for 18 for formal meals.
Signature Estate offers 5 master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan. Three master suites are located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the second floor.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 are truly magical and will be the highlight of the kids' vacation. One room features 2 custom full-over-full bunk beds, a sitting area, and a faux bookcase that leads to a hidden kids' area with a karaoke machine. The second kids' room transports them into a storybook world with 2 twin/twin bunk beds and a twin daybed for your little princess. Both kids' rooms also include Apple TV 2, allowing the little ones to enjoy their favorite shows. The attention to detail in these rooms will truly amaze you.

âą Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
