Our family villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlook a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors.

I’ve just spent 16 nights with 11 of us including 3 kids under 3 . I can’t fault anything . The location was great ,facilities excellent . I would recommend having the pool heated as we did as it is something you will value after walking the parks all day and coming back to sit in the hot tub . We are planning to go back in the future and will be booking here once again .

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for 3 families with little kids. We were very impressed with the amount of items the owners had for small kids, including utensils, bowls, cups, high chair, even an extra umbrella stroller to use. Brett, was a great host who was available the entire time during our stay and got back with a timely response every time. We look forward to booking again!

Lovely, clean house in a secure area. Very nicely done out. Super pool with hot tub with lights which changed colour. Huge washing machine and tumble drier although the garage was hot enough for clothes to dry overnight on the clothes horses. Easy checking out. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy access to Disney parks and Walmart! Club rooms were very nice. Pool area, cinema and gym available with small shop for essentials.

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We had one minor issue upon trying to check in at the gate when we first arrived, which was not at all due to the fault of the owner, but he was quick to get it resolved for us. The home was very clean and decorated so cute!

Perfect!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

Wonderful vacation

This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). Excellent home and very functional

This home is very clean and works quite well if you have a decent number of guests in your family. The kitchen is sufficient and the main family room is cozy. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the garage (game room) is really nice with a pool table and foosball table. The community clubhouse and pool area is great, with an adjacent basketball court, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts with painted lines for pickleball. The location is very close to Disneyworld which is great if you are attending, but the traffic does get a bit crazy at times. Overall, this was a great rental property and I would definitely recommend it. Brett was also a very responsive owner.

Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.

Disney vacation

My family along with my sister and her grandchild stayed at this property for our Disney world vacation. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the private swimming pool! The hot tub was a perfect ending after a day at the parks! Location was just mins from Disney world parks! We didn’t have infants or toddlers with us, but the house can accommodate small children! Amazing house

The house is amazing and the owner was very attentive to our questions. The house is so wonderful we have already booked for 2026. The only reason for the 3 stars at check in is the “gentleman” who checked us in was incredibly rude to us and our whole party twice (both times we had to talk to him). I have tried to contact Windsor Palms to let them know how ignorant this employee was, but cannot find an email for customer service. (So if you encounter the employee and he is rude
.it is him and not you).

We’ve been to Florida a number of times and this house tops the list! First off, what drew me to book this place was the initial contact with the home owner, I look for an owner that is swift to reply to my questions because I know I will also get swift responses should a need arise at the house, Brett was that, quick to respond. The house itself is well maintained and in wonderful condition! The decor is beautiful and stress free! Some homes are very loud in their decor, not this one! It sets a pleasant tone for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy! Games room was nice and the kitchen was nicely stocked with a good selection of utensils and cookware. I loved the fact that the pool safety fence had a gate in it, something I hadn’t seen before, so it was super handy especially as family with some younger children! If we find ourselves travelling to Florida again, I will definitely check availability here!
