Overall great stay! Great location if you are visiting the parks! A few little things that could be improved/updated..Mattresses are really really soft, for me personally not comfortable. Sofa hard as a rock. Kitchen is really lightly equipped. Not a lot of cups and plates etc. Kitchen towels are bathroom towels not great for cleaning after yourself. Keurig needs to be replaced. I had to run it 3x with 12oz to fill up a small coffee cup. Took forever. No pool towels are available - so make sure you bring your own if you want to visit the pool area. That’s all just little stuff and seriously not a big deal but feel like it should be mentioned. It’s clean and safe. I do recommend this rental.

Family stay

This place was perfect for what we needed! Rosely was so responsive and I knew exactly what to expect what was in the condo. This place was so clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable!!! My entire family said they were best beds! Very quiet and we never heard or saw the neighbors. Loved the location of the condos as it was so close to everything and parking was plenty and never had any issues with finding a spot. Very nice to have a Publix within walking distance. The pool was fantastic!

Nice but sparse

Probably The nicest property we have stayed in at Vista Cay. However it was sparse on appointments. No pots and pans, no mixing bowls )makes it tough to mix a salad!) few dishes, no iron/ ironing board, no dishtowels. Manager was very nice and got us more towels and an iron when I called . I prefer condos that are well stocked.

Clean and new

Immaculate to my picky standards. Modern and everything worked. Booming Vacations property manager not very communicative with email, nothing urgent just a few questions, but never heard back. Lack of staffing? I prefer email do I have in writing; but if you want an answer have to call. We came from overseas so time difference made it difficult to call sometimes.

This unit is very cleaning, great location. There were no pool towels and the kitchen was not really equipped to be used. It was difficult to even make pasta and there are no coffee cups, just small expressions cups.

Very nice condo! Well-maintained and great location. One suggestion would be to add a few more utensils and bowls. Also, the dinnerware quality could be upgraded. We microwaved a plate for 30 seconds and could barely pick it up. Other than that, great stay!

Property was clean and accommodating. Very little to no supplies such as coffee filters or even salt, and just a few cooking items in kitchen, but over all is was great. Furniture was not comfortable for lounging but did the trick for somewhere to sit briefly and have coffee.

Great place

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is fantastic and the condo is new and very clean. My only complaint, and it is small, is that there could be a better assortment of cups and dishes. I was afraid to give my kids any drinks in glasses but there were no plastic cups and the coffee mugs held about 2 ounces of coffee. I ended up buying some cheap plastic cups at the Publix next door and “donated” them to the cabinet but not sure if they will be kept as a regular offering.

Beautiful unit and great location

The unit looks exactly like the pictures, it is also much bigger than expected and a beautiful property. The location is close to everything (airport, convention center, disney). We were pleasantly surprised with the nice grocery store and food options within walking distance, right outside the complex. The area is very safe and perfect for morning walks. If you are traveling for more than three days, you are going to really appreciate having a washer/dryer inside the unit! Our family really enjoyed our stay and loved the pool area. This location is perfect for any traveler (group of friends, couples or families - business or pleasure). Definitely will stay here again when I’m back.

Great fall break stay at vista cay

Brand new condo. Comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. Enjoyed both pools. Delivery from and proximity to Publix was very convenient. Great communication from owner. Very close drive to universal and Disney. We hope to return!
