Everything was fine but the AC. It was a little warm and the only fan was in the balcony. I think if a fan is installed on every room and living room then the stay would have been perfect.

Everything we needed

The property was very close to the Orange County Convention Center where we needed to be all day Saturday. Check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect for one adult with their young child, the 2nd bedroom with the king bed was perfect for the other adult, and the third bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for the teenager. Each bedroom had its own tv, as did the living room. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of silverware, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, etc.). The Nespresso machine worked but is quite loud. I would recommend to the host that all of the mattress covers be replaced. The balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The community is gated, very quiet, dog-friendly, and I felt safe walking at night. We would definitely rent this place again!

Short Stay

We were in town for a very short stay. This condo was ideal. Clean and safe with great parking. Plenty of space for the three adults that stayed. Everything worked well. Only issue was there was not an iron and there were no wash cloths. Otherwise it was an outstanding condo in a great location so close to everything.

Good unit but needs some upkeep.

The location of this unit and the interior space is excellent. The unit does require some maintenance items to be addressed, which I why I didn’t give it 5 stars. For example, the mattress in the master bedroom is worn and needs to be replaced and, as noted by some other reviewers, there is some mildew staining in the master bath. However, if you’re not sensitive to these issues, the unit is terrific.

Milton Evacuation Stay

We booked this to evacuate our home for Milton. The place was spacious and comfortable for our family. My recommendation to the property owner to update the check in instructions. It does not list the gate code to access the property and does not include the unit number, so we had to wait for a response before we could get into the unit. Property owner was very accommodating and helpful when we had concerns we couldn’t be able to get back to our home.

Most uncomfortable Bed

The place was wonderful except for the beds. No top sheets and hard as a rock. My body ached after sleeping on 1night. We went home early so that we didn’t have to sleep on those beds another night.

Spacious

We were there for the Boys volleyball tournament and the location of the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and it smelled good. There was so much room! It ended up being just three of us, but I think you could easily fit two families of four or less in the bedrooms and extra space. It may need a little more furniture for that though. The place was comfortable. It's been lived in. It has normal wear and tear, but that didn't bother us a bit. Beds could use an upgrade and the patio could use a cleaning. Would like to have seen a Keurig and an air fryer, but those are just personal opinions. Didnt have much communication with the owner, but didnt really feel like we needed it. We were provided all the information we needed prior to check in. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great space.
