The condo was just like it was described. Ocean front balcony. Could see dolphins everyday. The hot water heater was good for 2 showers in a row but not 3. Biggest complaint was the extra bill of 25 at the end for them saying we took the crumb collector from the 2 slice 10 Walmart toaster which we obviously did not take. Very tacky and frustrating when you pay that much for a condo. Emailed back and questioned the charge. Never got a response back.

5 Stars- Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Ormond Beach! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, with breathtaking ocean views just steps from the door. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss.The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, especially for evening swims after a day in the sun. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape!

The condo location was great for our stay as we have family in the area. We did have a couple minor issues with the WiFi and tv (fixed during our stay). The kitchen could have been better equipped. We would stay at this unit again in the future.

My 2 sisters and I, ages from 62-75, got together for a week at the beach. The condo was lovely, the kitchen & baths were well stocked, the beds were great, and having our morning coffee on the deck looking out at the ocean was memorable! Everything was great.

Amazing Home away from Home

This property checked all the boxes! We utilized it for a baseball tournament, but I have saved it for future tournaments and vacation weekends. My only complaint is we could not stay longer to really enjoy it, and we had to return to real life on Monday!

Spring Break in Ormond, Florida

We loved everything about our stay. However, more living room furniture would have been great. My sons were 6’5” and 6’3” which made the couch and loveseat a tight squeeze during our stay. If the weather had been slightly warmer, we would not have been in condo as much. We were also expecting the heated pool, and didn’t know it was out of order. But other than that, we loved it.

Christmas with the grands!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great! Enough room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves! Having three bathrooms was wonderful! We enjoyed the balcony and saw dolphins! The kids enjoyed the water and beach. We even got to enjoy fireworks on the beach for new year's eve! Would most definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for five of us, all had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. But the best part was the balcony for sunrise coffee, afternoon happy hour, and the full supermoon rise at night!! Great communication before and during, quick responses. It was a perfect week. Wonderful Condo on the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Right on the beach with a big balcony. Ormond Beach is quiet and amazing~! The condo had big rooms, plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen. We travel with kids, so we are always worried about food. We cooked every meal in and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating. Thanks for the helpful things like a broom and dustpan (many places do not have this.) We used the washer and dryer, and we appreciated the big soft beach towels. We will stay here again! :-)

The condo is in an older building but is well kept. It’s lovely and the view is amazing. The beds are very firm which killed my back. Two beds in one bedroom are old and springy which was uncomfortable for my kids and horrible for my mother. The balcony would have been wonderful but it was covered in two inches of water so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Very nice condo , good location, good amenities

We were 8 friends for 40 years celebrating our friendship with a beach weekend. Condo was very nice, however we had issues with having possession of only 2 fobs to enter the building. With 8 women coming and going, we really needed to have better access to reenter the building at different times. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.
