Girls weekend getaway
Great location and nice house. 2 beds were dirty, dirty dishes in cupboard, crumbs on Counters and floors. Basement bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Water pressure non existence! Showers didn’t function due to low pressure. Messaged the property manager a few concerns and didn’t receive a reply. Great location but that doesn’t out weigh the problems with cleanliness.

STAY AWAY
The pool and pool table were great. The list of the unacceptables is very long: Cigarette butts around the pool. Half the yard has been dug up and it’s a muddy mess. Both sliding doors have broken latches - has a bottom lock but acts like hinge so the top of the door can be opened. We had to put a baseball to secure them shut. No functional toilets for the first 2 days. All faucets and showers had sand in the water so we had to brush our teeth and wash all food with bottled water that we had to go buy. Washing machine was broken. Before we came the management company told us that the previous renters did some sort of plumbing damage to the toilets and that it would hopefully be fixed by the time we arrived. Turns out it was an issue with the well on the property and it’s been an issue for several weeks. We had a plumber come, work on everything for a good few hours. He got the toilets working but the sand in the water was constant. The owner is inaccessible and you never know who you’re talking to…Albert? Luca? Judah? The whole thing was ridiculous. We requested at least a partial refund considering how much we paid….and couldn’t even shower but our requests were ignored. So…stay away from this property!

Coldwater getaway
Overall this place is great! Very spacious and very secluded. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay with family and only a 15-20 min drive to Barrie or Orillia. My only comment would be that the place could use a good cleaning beyond the surface, which guests are paying for with their cleaning fees.

Overall we had a fantastic stay no complaints except for the barbecue and the oven needs work but perhaps a new barbecue Will do the trick..... I may be picky but we're a bunch of foodies

This property was very accurate to the listing. A beautiful house situated very close to ski hills. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a family ski vacation to consider renting this house.

Le confort total pour une activité familiale de graduation
Nous étions 7 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 chihuahua et nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. C'était la graduation de mon fils et toute la famille c est réuni dans cette belle maison. Il y avait tellement d espace! Un beau décor, des chambres pour tout le monde, un divan moelleux, une superbe cuisine avec un comptoir lunch rassembleur et le tout était très propre! Je recommande vivement cette place!!
