Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future
We had a corner double room and it was a good size. The onsen onsite was amazing. Washing machine was free which was nice. The location is close to the metro but about a 20 minute ride from all the popular spots. Quiet area.
Absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a ryokan and the staff are so friendly. Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams. We opted for the breakfast and the selection was incredible, lots of japanese food but still something for everyone. The location is close to the station without is it being in a busy or loud area. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka
Room and staff were amazing. It was a lowly stay altogether with a great location away from the busy part of Osaka. I would say other tourists need to be more respectful, the staff was so great but sometimes the tourists would not be nice to them at all. This was a peaceful spa and should have been treated that way. I have tattoos so I could not use the hot springs, however, it did look very beautiful and clean.
Onsen was great and it’s a great retreat after a long day walking. Free ramen and ice cream were great things for the stay. Family mart downstairs and very convenient location.
The hotel is okay but a bit overpriced. The onsen was not as good as I thought, quite small. Staff are okay. Location is a bit far from the main tourist places.
We stayed at this hotel after we stayed at the same chain in Kyoto. In my opinion this one isn't as good as the one in Kyoto but still an excellent hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful, common areas are clean. The room is a bit smaller but nicely layout. The onsen is much smaller than the Kyoto one but still nice nonetheless. They have more free ice cream selections. Free ramen from 9:30pm to 11pm is great. One thing much worse than the Kyoto one is the drink station. The coffee machine is only accessible during 6:30am to 9:30am and 9:30pm to 11pm. There's a Lawson right below the hotel and some good restaurants in walking distance.
