Montenovo Country House is a property consisting of two recently renovated farmhouses according to current anti-seismic regulations, located in an enchanting hilly area of medieval villages one step away from the sea, it offers multiple ideas for both leisure and fun activities but also an oasis of relaxation, peace and quiet, where you can enjoy sunsets by the pool savoring the gastronomic excellence that this area offers.

Located 20km from Ancona / Falconara airport and 15km from the Senigallia motorway exit, the property is in an excellent geographical position also as a starting point if you want to visit cities rich in history, artistic masterpieces and architectural works such as Urbino , Recanati, Loreto. The Conero Riviera, where you can practice scuba diving, visit the unspoiled nature of the Natural Park and have fun and relax at the Conero Golf Club.
A short distance away you can admire the famous Frasassi Caves, an unforgettable experience as a unique and enchanting spectacle of nature. Do not miss the tour of Arcevia and its Medieval Castles, a fascinating journey that takes visitors back in time.

For those who do not give up eating well and healthy while being able to taste the food and wine products that our area offers, it is not difficult to get lost in the countryside rich in vineyards, also famous all over the world such as the Villa Bucci winery with its headquarters in Ostra Vetere, but also Verdicchio dei Castelli, Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, Rosso Conero and Rosso Piceno. The precious truffle of Acqualagna, the honey from our hills, the extra virgin olive oil and our local pork products; all delicacies to be savored in the premises and directly in the manufacturing companies, accompanied by the friendliness and hospitality typical of the people of the Marche.

The property, being made up of two separate farmhouses, consists of three real estate units, each of them characterized by a different style of furniture that identifies it and gives its name to the residence. The apartment in question occupies the entire first floor of one of the two farmhouses; fully furnished in SHABBY CHIC style, it has a large terrace complete with dining table and umbrella and is able to accommodate from 4 to 6 people.

Equipped with every comfort: presence of wi-fi, TV - DVD and CD player, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, table and iron, washing machine, hairdryer, courtesy set, air conditioners in every room, heating, safe, mosquito nets, complete linen also for swimming pool, cot, and high chair on request.
The outdoor swimming pool is shared with the other houses, while the large terrace and the portion of the garden on the ground floor where there is a jacuzzi are private and exclusive to the guests of the apartment.

Being equipped with 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin plus a sofa bed, the house is very suitable for groups of friends who intend to live together or more than one family; it is also particularly suitable if you intend to carry out or practice activities, meetings or courses that involve the participation of numerous people (eg: groups for yoga sessions, athletic preparation for sporting events ..)

The cancellation deadline of the reservation is set at 14 days before Check-in, having in this case the right to a refund equal to 50% of the advance paid at the time of booking

At the time of booking, in addition to the cost of the stay, an additional sum of € 300 is required as a security deposit, which will be returned within ten days after departure if there has been no damage to the structure and furnishings.

Minimum term of stay: 5 days

The booking costs and the security deposit will be refunded in the event of the impossibility of making the stay for reasons attributable to the property

On request we have staff for cleaning during the stay at a cost of € 50 for the duration of 4 hours

Always on request it is possible to have a chef for the preparation of typical dishes of the Marche region: the price varies according to the type of menu
