NEW MODERN REFURBISHMENT

Westminster Guest House is only a 5 minutes’ drive into the heart of Oxford and it's historic town centre. If you are keen on public transport then the nearest bus stop is less than a minute's walking distance. We also have a on site taxi service with discounted guest rates. (They also do airport drop off and pick up from all UK airports)

This luxury apartment features a TV, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cutlery, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, twin bed, dining table, sofa, private kitchen and a bathroom.

Please note*- this room is currently set as a twin room. However, for long-term stays of two weeks or more, we can arrange and convert the room to a double bedroom to better suit your needs.

We arrived 1 hour after our scheduled check in to find the facility had not been turned over from the previous tenant. This took an additional 3 hours. There was no instruction provided regarding use of heater or television. Location was ok and the cost was reasonable.

Comfy apartment, excellent location!

The apartment is well equipped and cozy. The bus to Oxford City Center is less than half a block away. Plus the local Co-Op is just about a block away for groceries. So perfect, I'd definitely return!

Amazing Little Spot

This was the perfect size and location for our short stay in Oxford. There is a bus stop directly outside of your door and it takes you right into town. Also super easy to catch a bus right back to where you’re staying! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It also sits in a nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Angenehmes Appartement in Oxford

Helle, sehr saubere, funktionale und zugleich freundliche RÀume. City lÀsst sich in einem lÀngeren Spaziergang erreichen, Bushaltestelle befindet sich zudem fast vor den Haus. Parken auf dem Hof. Lebensmittel, Café, BÀckerei und Geldautomat sind fusslÀufig erreichbar. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, gewissenhaft und aufmerksam.

As advertised

Pretty much exactly what was advertised. Strangely, there was only one bath towel when we arrived. The light outside the door didn't work. And there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The parking was very easy. It was very convenient to downtown Oxford. Very clean place.

Don’t stay here

The property was very small, inadequately heated and on a major road with noise from that and the apartment above. The blinds were inadequate and bright lights from the street were visible. This was not the environment we expected. We were asked to move our car halfway through our stay. However the worst aspect was the vast amounts of damp and mould in the property. This made it impossible to use the wardrobe and we only used the apartment to sleep in as being there longer was unacceptable. A very poor experience snd not up to Vrbo standards.

Cozy and comfortable

This little apartment was a perfect place from which to explore Oxford. Nicely furnished and spotlessly clean (you could smell the clean linen!) it was comfortable and quiet. It's close to public transport, neighbourhood pubs that do great food, and really easy to find. Hasnat was a great host; we would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in Oxford.

Great location with good amenities

We stayed 4 nights in the guesthouse, a nice efficiency apartment. Bathroom is a bit tight on space but with great shower, sink, and extra shelf storage. Iron and hairdryer are nice extras. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, coffee, tea. Owner/manager kindly brought us delicious breakfast pastries on our first day! Walking distance to downtown via riverside path or Iffley streetside, plus plenty of shops and local pubs within 10 block area.
