A 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Slice Of Beach View Paradise.
Villa CRYSTAL is a modern villa with an incredible view of the Atlantic ocean and St. Barths.

From every room of the house you are facing nothing but spectacular views the ocean. Variations in blues and greens with the morning ocean breeze, with enchanting red and orange hues in the evening.

The total ground floor surface is 3660 square feet including the terrace and an overflow swimming pool. The house itself is entirely furnished Italian Veneran style, fabricated with carefully chosen materials of the very best quality.

The huge open terrace parallel to the swimming pool also comprises an open kitchen and a roofed outdoor dining room, ideal to welcome friends and family or for bigger receptions, always facing a breathtaking view on the Atlantic ocean and beautiful St Barths.

All three rooms are very large, decorated with style and offer a fantastic view of the ocean. They each have a private bathroom, king size bed, closet and ample storage space, as well as an independent and direct access to the terrace, pool and utility room.

The living room is finely decorated, it’s sanded granite floors and a touch of fushia in the walls creates a warm and cordial atmosphere.

The kitchen is entirely furnished and equipped with the best quality German made house-ware and every worktop is carved out of granite and carefully finished. The kitchen faces the dining room with a table for eight. And the poolside bar also connects to the terrace.

Housekeeping is offered mid-week for a 7 nights rental. Inquire about extra housekeeping services.

The entire driveway is all very well decorated, exhibits a lush garden and has space for three or more vehicles.

Just a 5 minute drive to Giggs bay and Guana Bay with their beautiful beaches, and restaurants. Crystal villa is also just a few minutes away from the town of Philipsburg, which is the biggest city on the dutch side of St.Martin, for shopping of all sorts. St. Barths is accessible via boat ride, a rental which can be arranged during your stay! The entire island of St.Martin offers a variety of beaches eagerly awaiting your exploration, so have fun adventuring around the island. Everything is very easily accessible from the villa’s location!

Villa Crystal was just like the photos showed. The views are incredible and the pool is lovely and refreshing. Jill makes this property special - she is so helpful with getting to the Villa and explaining how everything works. We had a great visit and we're already recommending this property to friends.

The pictures do not do the property justice. If you are looking for a private quiet location with a nice peaceful view, this is it. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the island in a gated community, so don't expect to walk to anything (but that is what makes it so private), there is a small shop at the bottom of the hill if you forget anything basic, otherwise there are grocery stores and restaurants within 15-20 min. The pool is great and the outdoor living area is fantastic. I definitely recommend this location for a quiet and private stay. The property manager was also phenomenal and helped with any questions and met us at the rental car location to bring us to the villa.

Perfect Vacation!!!!

This property was just incredible!!! The views are stunning, the design a decor is absolutely beautiful, and the open air design and pool make it all perfect. This may seem silly to some but this property also had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in any hotel or vacation rental. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to St Maarten. The host Jill, was amazing and made our vacation even better! She personally escorted us from the airport to the villa and even stopped with us at a grocery store on the way there. Which was amazing as this was our first time to the island. She had so many incredible recommendations of places to go or eat and even an in house masseuse and chef! Jill answered any questions for us our entire stay and added the most fantastic personal touch to our trip.

Great vacation

Overall it was a great stay! Starting out the management group met us at the rental and led us to the property. Additionally they made sure they stopped at the grocery store for us to get groceries and even helped us transport them because our car was full. We then went to the property and they showed us how to get in how to use the property and answered any questions we had around the island. We did have air conditioner issues with the master and the living room, but Jill was quick to respond and help us out. They got the living room one up pretty quick but the master broke again but they replaced it the following day so we had a couple of nights that were pretty warm and uncomfortable but after that everything worked great. The pool was nice for our family and additionally, the kitchen was stocked well as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at “Villa Crystal" in St. Maarten, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views overlooking the ocean, absolutely spectacular. The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury that made us feel right at home. Beautiful Villa with beautiful views

This Villa is so nice, high end finishes, the pool was great, the kitchen view was great. Jail the property manager went out of her way multiple times to assist us. She welcomed us and explained everything about the Villa which was really helpful cause without her, we would have wasted so much time figuring things out. The island has so much culture to it and you get to see it all driving up the hills to the Villa. It's about 30min from a lot of places but it's also so close to other spots. We rented a car from an agency but next time we will go for a 4*4 car, just to have easier rides up the hills along the island. Thank you and we will be back. Did I say beautiful island?
