Casa Paamul is an amazing two story, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom oceanfront home that is located on one of the most beautiful private bays of the Riviera Maya. This beach house belongs to the owners of Paamul Resort and offers spectacular ocean views. Boasting a private swimming pool and entertaining area with a grill, outdoor dining and living areas, this home is perfect for having fun or just relaxing. You can enjoy all that the white sand beaches and warm Caribbean water has to offer.

Just a few steps from the house you can enjoy a one mile beach in a private natural reserve, the ScubaMex Dive Shop and all the installations of Paamul Resort including the beachfront restaurant, beach palapas, paddle boards and kayaks.
FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom one has sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace, a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with oversized tub (and ocean view), living area and walk in closet. Bedroom two has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a large closet. Bedroom three has a king sized bed, french doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a closet. Bedroom four has french doors leading out to the pool area, two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor also boasts a cook’s kitchen with a massive island for cooking and entertaining, living room and dining room that seats sixteen, all with ocean views.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors that go onto private balconies.
Casa Paamul comfortably accommodates 14 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Among the many amenities, this home offers a beachfront palapa, parking for two cars, a Bose stereo system, two televisions with American satellite tv, free WiFi and a safe.
Paamul’s proximity to many of the exciting attractions in the Riviera Maya make this an ideal beach house destination. Some of those attractions include XCaret EcoPark, Puerto Aventuras marina (for fishing and restaurants), Xel-Ha natural aquarium, many cenotes (natural sink holes) that create part of the underwater cave systems, Tulum ruins (Mayan pyramids located on the beautiful turquoise Caribbean and Coba Ruins - another amazing site hosting Mayan pyramids in the dense jungle.

Pictures do not do this home justice!

I just stayed in this home with some girlfriends for my friend's 50th birthday. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is truly stunning. It's extremely well maintained. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. It's very convenient to have the home be a part of the resort because of the restaurant. This home is very beautiful and very well-maintained. The only note is to make sure that you keep the little rubber discs over the drain in the shower so that you don't get the sewer gas smell in the bathrooms. Other than that, the house and property are absolutely perfect.

Overall - great stay!

Overall amazing place for big groups (specially groups with couples). The outdoor space of the property is amazing and is right in front of the beach (take water shoes with you if you want to get in the water). The kitchen is properly equipped for a large group as well.

Take a trip every year with framily. Found this place right on the water and the right size. There were 8 couples and a good friend from Cabo that had a very nice ten days down there. Everybody was welcoming and it was a nice relaxing time.

Paradise Found

Extraordinary location, magnificent livable house, superb responsiveness from host, perfect for families! 13 of us aged 5-71 were all wowed by our experience at Casa Paamul. The property and accommodations are exceptional and so very special both for the ease of just "chilling" and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and lounging, or swimming in the pool amidst a tropical garden or snorkeling every day in spectacular reefs directly in front of the house, or walking/running on a beautiful easily accessible jungle path, or kayaking and paddle boarding, or traveling short distances to breath-taking cenotes or fun towns.
