Lots of amenities like a pool table, hot tub, football table, fire pit, corn hole, a beautiful deck on the second floor, Netflix, HD TV, & a fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located to beaches and a vast array, of fun shops and delectable seafood restaurants. Our home features two floors, with 32 bedrooms located downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, providing added convenience and privacy. The upstairs bedroom comes with a balcony facing the large backyard that offers a tranquil spot for your morning coffee or evening stargazing.

The converted garage serves as a game room, complete with a billiards table and a football table, perfect for friendly competitions and entertainment. Unwinding in the spacious living room, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax and have fun.

Things to note:
Pet Fee and Rules:
Our standard pet fee of $550 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced.

Hot Tub Cleaning:
Hot tub has a weekly maintenance schedule.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $40 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us!


Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID. Further instructions will be provided through the VRBO message thread.
