**The house sits across the street from an Outdoor Charter School. The school hours are from 7:30 am-3:30 pm. Pickup at 3:30-4:00 pm can be congested. Guests are encouraged to arrive after 4:00 pm, or ask for an early check-in and we'll accommodate as often as we can.

-Parking along the road will allow 2 cars and 2 boats
-Driveway Parking will fit 1-2 cars or 1 van/truck
-We have no neighbors to our SOUTH, so please feel free to use that parking at your convenience.
-BOAT PARKING: Please do not travel down the road into the cul-de-sac, where parking is limited. Please use the wide street access in front of the house to park large boats.

4.) Damages made by pets will be billed.
5.) Pets stay in gated backyard or leashed while outside.
6.) Dogs must not be left alone in the house without a crate.
