Located in Palermo's seaside village of Mondello, this elegant apartment is surrounded by ancient trees at the foot of Mount Pellegrino, just a few meters from the sea (just across the road), nestled between the sandy bay and the cliffs, and just minutes from Palermo's historic center. Elegantly furnished in 1950s style, it features high-quality linens, two twin beds side by side, a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning/heating. The studio apartment is available for overnight stays: it is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer, a table, a sideboard, and all necessary kitchenware. The studio apartment also includes an outdoor area furnished with chairs, a table, deckchairs, and a beach umbrella. The swimming pool, approximately 2.75 meters deep, is free to use from May to October (weather permitting). The Jacuzzi is available from October to April for an additional charge of €10 per person per day for 40 minutes per day. A free parking space is also available in the garden next to the studio apartment. Food, transportation, and car rental services (including bicycle and scooter rentals) are within easy walking distance.
