Enjoy everything the desert has to offer in this large 4 bedroom home in beautiful Palm Desert. Walk out your back doors to the backyard retreat complete with lush landscaping, pool, spa, BBQ, and multiple tables for dining under the desert sky. Enjoy 2 living room spaces with comfortable couches and smart TVs, a bar, full kitchen, 4 bathrooms with room for your whole group.

Parks, restaurants, grocery stores, El Paseo, Acrisure Arena, casinos, BNP Tennis, & Festivals are a short drive away!

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the first living room space with two comfortable couches, a smart TV, a bar, and huge windows overlooking the pool and spa outside. Continue on to the first bedroom, which also has a smart TV and a slider overlooking the lushly landscaped backyard area. This room has a full bathroom in it as well.

Back toward the front of the home, you will find the dining room with a dining table for 8. Off of the dining room you'll find the full kitchen which is stocked with a Nespresso coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, wine glasses, drinking glasses and bowls/plates, pots and pans, toaster, blender, serving platters, and cooking utensils.

The open concept allows for you to enjoy your relaxation in the second living room, all while being near your group cooking up a meal in the full kitchen.

For remote workers, we have a dedicated work space off of the kitchen and you can also eat or relax on the table by the work space, which has 4 chairs.

The home contains 4 total bathrooms for your whole group.

The right wing of the home contains three other bedrooms. One holds a comfortable queen bed. The next has bunk beds with two twins and two double beds. The final bedroom has a comfortable king bed and large walk in closet with a smart TV and a widow seat to gaze out at the backyard paradise. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The backyard will truly complete your stay! You will find a serene pool and spa, a propane BBQ, comfortable couch with chairs, multiple tables with chairs, and gorgeous plants, trees, and grass.

The garage contains the washer and dryer (please bring laundry supplies if you'd like to use it during your stay!). Note: Half of the garage is used for owner’s items.

Spa heating is included in your stay! If you'd like to heat the pool, it will be $75/day.

Note: fireplaces do not operate.

Two small dogs are welcome with the $100/pet fee.

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL AND SPA. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL AND SPA UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL OR SPA USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
