This classic Meiselman (circa 1959) has been lovingly restored - respecting its architectural pedigree while updating it for the way we live today. The original open concept floor plan, post and beam ceilings, and walls of glass have been preserved while adding modern conveniences like high speed internet access, updated heating and cooling, and flat screen televisions.

Completely walled and gated for privacy… secluded, spacious and well-planned. The inground pool is gorgeous with its soft-blue surface and integrated spa. Comfortable chaise loungers, upholstered outdoor sofas and a covered dining pavilion are perfect for lazy days by the pool and long evenings under the stars. You’ll also find an amazing firepit chat area for warming up during those cool desert nights. Please note the misting system is not for guest use.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses and ample storage. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to an outdoor courtyard with direct pool access. There are two guest rooms - one King and the other with two twin beds that can be converted into a King upon request. Both guest rooms share easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walking neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive with its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
