Good location walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Beautiful fountain out front and great views. My only complaints are the walls are so thin that I could hear every conversation in the room next door and there were cigarette butts left all over the walkway outside the lobby. Not a great impression as you enter or leave the property.

The room we had was older and in need of a plumber. Slow draining sink and the toilet would take 2 min to flush. The light switches were falling off and there was only one USB outlets. The beds were also very warn and lumpy. Definitely in need of some room remodeling. The pool area however was very nice and the pool bar was convenient.

Room was clean. Staff was polite and pleasant. Amenities are wonderful. We stayed in a room with a King Bed , balcony and living room area. Pool is chilly I don’t think it’s heated. The pool area is absolutely amazing and lots of room for seating. A fantastic buffet. This place is close to the airport few minutes away and walking to downtown about 10 minutes. We would stay again - highly recommend.

The most outstanding part of the stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. I needed help with my tv and a worker got to my room within 5 minutes, and he too was very friendly. The hotel is very nice, the pool and courtyard area had beautiful landscaping and the hills in the background. The location was perfect... it was a nice resort style hotel extremely close to the shopping area with plenty of great restaurants. Overall, I had a very nice stay and I plan on staying here again when I come back next year again with my friends.

She's looking a bit tired. Our faucet was jacked up and the toilet and sink was clogged when we got there (they did promptly fix it. Sort of) The room was swampy and smelled like a locker room. There wasnt a working thermostat that we could control. The pool area was nice as was the pool servce and drinks.

This property feels quite outdated. The hallways had a noticeable dusty smell, and our room felt extremely muggy with poor airflow. Our biggest safety concern was the shower: it lacked water pressure, and the temperature dangerously fluctuated between ice-cold and scorching hot, which almost burned our daughter. Making it worse, the front desk was unhelpful when we asked to lower the locked AC. It took multiple calls before they finally sent maintenance, who bypassed the 70-degree limit with an override code—something that should have been offered immediately. Overall, the uncomfortable room conditions and hazardous, almost unusable shower made for a highly disappointing stay. With so many other options nearby, I won't be staying at Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel in the future.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Very welcoming. The room was 10/10. The hotel is beautiful. So many pieces of art everywhere. Parking was a breeze. Fantastic location close to everything.The pool and gym were amazing. I could go on and on. Unbelievably great rates too. Can't wait to come back.
