The construction that was going on was terrible. And typically customers are told ahead of time before booking that the property is undergoing. This time that wasn’t the case and we arrived to the entire downstairs. Front lobby blocked off with construction tape and dust debris and construction equipment. Check-in was at the side of the resort in a small cubby room. Staff was polite, but the overall experience with the construction was too much to ignore. I would’ve much rather have been known beforehand that there was construction and I would’ve looked somewhere else.
