This bright and tropical Florida vacation home boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and the large master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or to wake up to the sounds of the surf. The master bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom boasts two Queens. The master bath includes a relaxing garden tub and stand-up shower. The remaining bath has a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Other features of this upgraded vacation unit include granite counter tops, full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. All of the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare a great meal for friends or family are also included. Beach service included during season.

The resort charges a registration fee for parking and for wristbands. 2-bedroom unit: $48 + tax +credit card fee
Total $54.04 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. Late registrations (within 1 day of check-in) will incur an additional $10 penalty fee.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

The unit had plenty of room for our stay. My wife loved the king master bed. Great view of the beach! We liked many of the amenities that were on site for the condo complex. As mentioned in other reviews, the elevators were slow at times as 1 was out of order for maintenance. All in all, pretty great vacation trip!!

Best Condo That We Ever Rented

We were contacted by the management company and were allowed to enter early. Thank you for that! The check-in process was very straight forward. Make sure that you stop at the courtesy desk for your wrist bands and parking pass. We did see some vehicles with parking tickets. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. The view was spectacular! There were plenty of new white towels for us to use, and the condo had everything that we needed. The only thing that we had to purchase were coffee filters, which are the standard 10-cup type. The location is perfect! West of all of the spring break traffic, but not too far from the attractions and shopping. We seen dolphins each morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. We never ran out of hot water, even when we were both bathing at the same time. The large tub is wonderful after a long walk on the beach. If I had to pick one negative thing, I would say that the large king size bed seems a bit high in the middle and low near the edges. But with the spare bedroom having two queen sized beds, it really wasn’t an issue for us. There were some occasional banging sounds above us at night. We had zero issues with the elevators being slow. Our longest wait was about 3-minutes. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway. Plenty to do for the kids too. This was the best condo that we have ever rented in Panama City Beach!

Fall Break

The condo pictures were exactly like the pictures. It is a nice and clean condo! Lots of room. The Elevator wait was a little long at the beginning but I think it was when people were checking in and out other than that they were not bad. We were told the elevators are being upgraded. The condo is on the 18th floor out of 30. It’s about a 15 ish minute walk to Pier Park. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. I would stay here again with my family.

Amazing unit but elevators RUINED it!

Very happy with the location and the unit we stayed in
.but I’m not exaggerating even a little when I say that waiting for elevators literally RUINED our vacation. My son played travel ball for many years and our World Series was always in Panama City Beach so I have stayed at almost every resort/condo on Front Beach Road
.and the elevators at Tidewater are the WORST. By a long shot. Sooo frustrating!! And I will never even consider staying here again because of it.

Tidewater Complex = B Clean and tidy. Slow elevators that others complained about only a problem during summer I'm told. We were there in Feb/Mar and they were fine. Pools outdoors NOT heated. BestBeachGetaways = C Generally responsive to our concerns, but ruined an evening for me when I was advised my credit card didn't go through and I owed over 3K. Turns out they had a computer glitch and tens of thousands of emails like that were sent to guests of theirs past, present, and future. No apology ever issued. Chair vendor on beach = F We were entitled to beach service after March 1 (chair and umbrella). The condo owner had contracted with him for this service. However, he chose to make it available during the 2nd week in March, after we had left. Condo itself = B. TV setups are weird, shower drain and patio door both needed maintenance attention, but the condo was clean, spacious, and the views are absolutely killer.

What a view!

The views are amazing! Unfortunately it was cloudy, rainy and overcast so not the best sunsets on our stay but still so relaxing to sit in balcony and look out at the gulf. The chairs in the balcony all need to be bleached down and cleaned. The condo itself is a fantastic size with the master being gulf side with the amazing views however the decor is dated and the condo needs a refresh with paint especially all doors, trim and moldings. A new couch and two chairs will really make a big difference in this condo. The elevator is horrible. We heard it may have been hard to get on it due to it being a holiday weekend and it was busier than usual. The location is great and a short $6.50 Uber ride to pier park. The restaurant inside the Tidewater had good food. I recommend the chicken sandwich as well as their morning sunrise breakfast. The only glitch on this trip we had was our door code stopped working and it took a bit for them to get us a new code to get back inside but other than that and the elevators m, we enjoyed our stay at Tidewwater.

Very nice condo. Clean and spacious for the 5 of us! Great view as well. The elevators were an issue especially during check in times. Alot of people we talked to complained and said they wont be back. The AC was cold thankfully because it was so HOT! Alot of construction in the area, not much to do within walking distance. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the condo

Loved the condo. The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable. However, don’t forget anything you won’t get it back. I forgot my blow dryer and curling iron, contacted the management company who said they would check with housekeeping. I offered to pay postage but I have never heard back. This cost me $200 to replace and no consideration from Best Beach Getaways.

Your service is bad

When I checked into the hotel the front desk did not remind me to move the car in time for 30 minutes of temporary parking otherwise the car would be towed. Because we arrived late at the hotel the parking lot was very dark and we couldn’t see the sign of the underground line. We lost $250 for the tow truck the next day.
