My family have stayed in many condos in PCB and this was the nicest one. Judging by the high quality of the furniture and décor, I would assume that the owners spend a lot of time here. We will definitely stay here again!

Great space for families with teens!

Great location for grocery store and restaurants, our favorite is Pineapple Willys! Also a cute little coffee shop, Sunrise. Loved that my 3 girls had a large room to share for the week and the parents had there own large suite as well!

We have been visiting PCB for many years and Kim's condo at Long Beach Resort was one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked condos we have ever stayed in. A Great Stay at the Beach!

Great view! The condo was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This is a great location as many restaurants were close by and fun shopping. We loved the hot tub and choice of pools. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property owned by Kim’s Condos. It was in beautiful condition, clean, had all the utensils and everything we need in the kitchen, and the view from both bedrooms and from the living room was wonderful as you can see right straight to the ocean. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was fantastic! The spacious layout easily accommodated our group, and the **accommodations were top-notch. Great Floorplan & Location!

This is a large condo big enough to accommodate 4-6 people. It has two master bedrooms that both open onto the deck. All the main rooms overlook the ocean & beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, lots of plates & silverware & cooking pans & sheets.
