This 5th floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort has an ideal location--just a short walk to Pier Park with its many shops, dining and entertainment options--making for a great beach getaway.

Seasonal beach chair service for 2 (March 1-October 20) included for each day of your stay

Tidewater offers resort style amenities including pristine beach frontage, 3 pools (indoor one heated), movie theater, game arcade, bar, parking, conference room, and a fitness center with whirlpool tub, sauna, and steam room.

The 5th floor location is prime and the view of the gulf is incredible.

The resort charges $39.59 fee for guest wristbands and parking pass. The $39.59 fee covers all members of your party.

Primary renter must be 25 years old or older--this is an HOA rule and we cannot make an exception.

No smoking in condo or on balcony.

There is a queen-size bed and TV in bedroom, a queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room, and a twin-size bed in the hallway.

Everything was clean and as described. The location was great and close to so many places. Jackie was amazing with making sure everything was as promised. The only downside was the elevator construction but that happens and was never a major issue.

This is an amazing property. We will definitely be back. Listening to the waves every morning while enjoying my coffee on the balcony was so soothing. Great place to just relax, but there's night life if you want that. I could work at the table and still see the ocean!

This is a great place to stay. The only inconvenience is the elevators take forever, so you must take that into account if you are on a time schedule. This will not affect me staying here again. It is a wonderful place to stay.

The place was amazing. Though the elevators were a problem being on the fifth floor we just took the steps. So we did not have any issues. We were able to cook each day not lacking for a pit or pan. The host checked in on us and directions were very clear

Great for girls weekend!

We booked this condo for my daughter and I to celebrate her birthday and it was AMAZING! We were traveling quite the distance and trying to do it with just a carry-on. The washer and dryer were very helpful. The resort is amazing and cuts down on Uber trips if you just need a few convenience items from the convenience store. The on-site restaurant is FANTASTIC! The beach chair service was very helpful. We had a great weekend with minimal effort and a trip to remember!!

Another great stay at Tidewater

Tidewater is a great spot to stay when in PCB. I have stayed here 5 times in the last 10 years. Yes, the elevators are bad, but they are currently upgrading them. The first upgraded one runs much smoother. It helps if you stay on the lower floors like this condo. The owners were great with communications and offering the beach chair service as part of the rental is a bonus I look for on each stay.
