This exceptional, 1,577s.ft. condo feels like a house, but is on the eight floor with stunning views of the coastline! Conveys with luxurious beach inspired furnishings and artwork that welcome you to lie back and relax with views of the beach and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen will provide all you need to create meals while you are away. The dining area has a table for eight and the bar area close by has seating for four. The living area has a sleeper sofa and love seat for lounging and a Sonos system will fill the air with your favorite tunes. The sunrise and sunset views from the 46' private, western facing, wrap-around balcony are the perfect end to a sunny day and beginning to an exciting evening - the ultimate in alfresco living!
This massive condo has 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. MAIN MASTER BEDROOM (King) is front and center on the beach with access to the main balcony and private bath with garden tub and separate shower. The slider overlooking the gulf from the master bedroom provides magnificent views. SECOND MASTER BEDROOM (Queen) is larger than most 2nd bedrooms, has gulf views, and also has it's own private bath. THIRD GUEST BEDROOM with a Queen and it's own bath! The condo also has a generous laundry room with a large-sized washer and dryer.

Beautiful views and nice place for family!

We had a great stay, the condo is very nice and has pretty much everything you need. We had an issue with a clogged drain and they were prompt to get it fixed which was greatly appreciated. The only downside is the lack of blankets.. definately not enough blankets on the beds and there were ZERO extra blankets in closets or anywhere to be found. Great property, clean, beautiful ocean views, pools are nice, loved the corner wrap around patio...short walk to beach and close to everything you need in PCB. Thanks!!!!

Great location and views

I've stayed at Sunrise Beach condos in the past, but this is the first time in this condo with its amazing corner views. There were two couples and it was really nice having two ensuite master bedrooms.

Great family vacation

We had an awesome stay! We had no complaints. Throughly enjoyed a corner unit. We only went out to eat twice during our stay and found the kitchen to be stocked well with pots, pans and even two crockpots!

Cleanliness/property help

Carpets were disgusting. Cable box did not work the entire stay. Maintenance guy came and took box and never returned with a new one. Reached out several times. Also said he would replace batteries in bedroom clicker and never did so we couldn’t use that tv as well. Requested adjustment to our rental to no avail. Very frustrating. We also had to wash all utensils and dinnerware. We did not think anything in the kitchen was very clean. Disappointed
. For the cost we expected better .

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that none of the beds had comforters as seen in the pics? Each bed had a sheet and a thin blanket but overall it was a fun trip !

Another great PCB vacation!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very nice and clean. The check in process was simple
they just email you everything upon arrival and you can go straight to room. Location is great since you can still walk to several places. Would highly recommend!

Place was really nice. Didn’t like that we couldn’t find the smoking area and couldn’t smoke on the balcony especially vape but I understand that is the policy. Maintenance was quick to fix the plumbing issues we had.

Beautiful Condo w perfect View

The home is decorated beautifully and very homey. There is a lot of space and storage. The condo is perfect and in a great location. The wrap around balcony views the major piers and during season fireworks are shot off from. All the security guards were very friendly. We did not receive a link for parking registration but the garage is not full in the winter. The garage is VERY Tight for parking with low ceilings. The home was described great but the actual property was misleading. There is NOT an Arcade/Game room anymore and the Theatre room is ONLY for Home Owners - renters can not use the facilities. That is fine, just don't advertise these things as part of the rental. We did have to go buy larger pots to cook with. For a home that sleeps 10 the pots and pans were the size to feed 4. Buying one large pot is absolutely not a huge deal. We would definitely stay in this condo again and I will recommend it to friends!! I was very happy with our stay!!

Overall good vacation

Overall, we had a great vacation. But there were several things I believe could be worked on to make the next person stay smoother and more enjoyable. The communication regarding parking passes was zero between the property manager and my self. I ended up having to go to the HOA to purchases parking passes two days after being there. Little frustrating. Also, the middle bed room does not have a remote to the TV. Last and my largest complaint is the security guards and their rules for around the pool. Your beverages have to be at least 4 foot from the pool. If they were not exactly 4 foot they would come and give you a warning. After 3 warnings you were kicked out of the pool deck. This is very frustrating! I felt like my whole vacation I was being “watched”. They even told us they have cameras on the pool area. I actually seen a condo owner get kicked off the pool deck while I was their. And also a gentleman and his wife that were waiting to get checked in, threaten to get kicked out. All over drinks around the pool. I have honestly never been anywhere that you could not have a drink next to or even in the pool . This will be my last stay at the complex. This has nothing to do with the owner, but I do hope all the owners can get something done with this rule. It is running a lot of their paying customers off.
