Pet Friendly condo, 3 minute walk to the beach!

Living area:
Living area is spacious and bright, has a new queen sized sleeper sofa (additional bedding and pillows are in the guest room closet) a Smart tv with a fire stick and extra throw blankets. If you forgot your phone charger we have a charging station. WIFI is 350 mbps. Up to two small and medium dogs are allowed, there is a medium sized crate in the living room.

Kitchen:
We have a full kitchen to include a Keurig coffee maker (there are pods available, but bring your own if you have a specific preference) spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, silverware, plates, bowls, knives, pots and pans, cookie sheet, muffin tin, measuring cups, salad tongs, kitchen scissors, chop sticks, dishes, mugs and glasses, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, beer bottle opener, baster, can opener, toaster, cutting boards, hand held blender, strainer, aluminum foil, BBQ tongs and supplies for the grill (you’ll need to bring charcoal) We do not have a dish washer, we do have dish soap and sponges and a drying rack and plenty of kitchen towels.

Bathrooms:
Upstairs has a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash is provided in a dispenser. We provide a hair dryer, bath towels, hand soap and there are makeup wipes if needed. The downstairs bathroom is a half bath with a toilet and sink.

Master Bedroom:
Queen sized bed and we provide the bedding. Please do not sleep on the decorative pillows. There are additional blankets and the mattress/pillows have protectors on them. A ceiling fan, nightstand with a lamp, and Smart TV is provided with streaming services. There is a full closet with hangers and a dresser, Ironing board and iron, and a fire extinguisher is labeled in the closet. Off the master bedroom we have a patio with 2 chairs that overlooks the pool.

Guest Bedroom:
Queen sized bed and we provide the bedding. Please do not sleep on the decorative pillows. There are additional blankets and the mattress/pillows have protectors on them. A ceiling fan, nightstand with a lamp, and Smart TV is provided with access to streaming services. There is a designated workspace near the closet which is stocked with extra pillows, blankets, hangers and a space heater if needed.

Laundry Room:
Full washer and dryer with Pods and dryer sheets. We store the beach wagon there and 2 umbrellas.

Pool:
We have a fenced back yard with a community pool. Pets may not be in or around the pool for sanitary and safety reasons. While the pool is open until 11, please be respectful to our neighbors that live here.

We would love to host you in our townhome that is a 3 minute walk to the sugar white sand and turquoise water. We are located in the heart of Panama City Beach between the old pier and the new pier. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just around the corner and Pier park is 3 miles away. If you’d like to stay close we have The Pour coffee shop and Salty Goat Saloon next door. Both are on the way to the beach access. You could grab a coffee on the way to the beach and then get some lunch and drinks on the way back!
