Completely remodeled with crisp nautical navy and white décor, this spacious retreat features an open layout that is perfect for families or close friends vacationing together.

Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool, 110 acres of beachfront resort grounds, and the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen areas. The living space offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with cable, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all-new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals or beach-day snacks. An island provides seating for two, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats six.

Beach days are easy with provided beach gear, including six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, eight beach towels, and a Tommy Bahama shoulder cooler.

Step outside through the sliding glass doors to your private balcony, where you can enjoy coastal breezes and salty Gulf air.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a fully remodeled ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Twin-over-full bunk beds are tucked into a hallway nook, and each bunk features its own smart TV at the base, giving kids (or adults!) their own cozy entertainment space. The living area includes a gel-foam queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh swimsuits and clothing during your stay. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the condo.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. A $200 damage hold is required on a debit or credit card in the renter’s name. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

The booking includes the resort fee and parking for up to two vehicles. This property is equipped with a Ring peephole camera on the front door that records activity outside the entrance only. The sailors delight was absolutely a fantastic place to stay for our trip. It was very clean. Beautifully decorated and the owners were very helpful with anything we needed. The area seemed very nice and anyone we encountered was super friendly! The accommodations at the resort were fantastic and convenient as well. Great views! Just the relaxation and we needed.

Everything was fabulous. Great communication from Shelly every time I sent a text and had questions. Condo was beautiful and had everything you need to make your trip relaxing and carefree. Beach Chairs, towels, sand toys, all kitchen appliances you need! A all around. Will definitely be utilizing Shelly and her properties at Edgewater in the future.

Great Experience

We needed to get out of Tennessee and have clean running water for one of our daughters that had a pretty serious arm infection after the floods devastated our area of Northeast TN. We decided to try to make the best of it and go to the beach with the kids. We looked at many rooms and options and settled on Edgewater. My wife and I stayed there on our honeymoon 15+ years ago. I was a bit concerned about the elevators but we had no problems at all on the trip and only had to wait for an elevator one time (our last day - after the beginning of Fall Break). The condo was great, very spacious, and well decorated. Everything was as described in the listing description and it actually was bigger than I expected the room to be. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was very nice as we don't have that at home. The host was very responsive and followed up to make sure everything was going well with us. I couldn't recommend this room any more highly if you want to stay at the Edgewater. Great experience. And I also want to give a shoutout to security who kept any craziness to a minimum down at the lagoon pool and on the grounds. They put a stop to several rowdy groups of people over the course of our stay and it was refreshing to see people actually have to act like somebody and not make complete idiots of themselves.

Best VRBO rental yet!

Had an exceptional experience at Sailor’s Delight. The property owner was very welcoming and responsive. The condo itself was very clean and well kept. It was clear a lot of love and thought went into the rental. The Edgewater resort itself had all the amenities you could wish for, and the location was ideal for families. Would definitely consider a second stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to others. Our best VRBO experience by far!

5 Star - Owner Anticipates needs and encourages Open Communication

My family and I stayed there for fall break last week. From the time we booked, we received personal texts from the owner and were invited and encouraged to respond with any questions we had leading up to the trip. Just before the arrival, he prepared us for everything and asked questions that were relevant to the arrival process. During the stay, he was available if we needed anything, but otherwise unobtrusive. The condo was VERY CLEAN and everything was in great condition. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Condo was great for our 2 young girls. They loved the bunk beds almost more than the pool. Charley was a great host and ensured everything was perfect. Great resort for a family vacation. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Panama area.

Perfect stay for our family!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect, the beds, linens, pillows, etc were all soooo lovely and comfy I hate my bed now :) Charley really worked with us to get an early check in which made the day so much better after being in the car for so long. The resort itself is very nice, and the elevators were great! Never packed like others we stayed at. It really was the perfect vacation for our family! Thank you for doing such a great job in providing us the perfect place to stay for our summer vacay!

Wonderful condo

Charley and Karla were wonderful hosts! The condo is absolutely stunning. They truly went out of their way to think of everything to make your stay very homey. They provide beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and many other thoughtful touches that I have never encountered in other condos I have rented. Charley was wonderful to communicate directly with me from the time we submitted the rental request through the time we were checking out. The personal touch was very nice and a much better experience than I’ve had with rental companies in the past. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook a few meals in the condo during our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the tv in each bunk was a terrific touch that allowed each child to entertain themselves during down time. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the living room furniture. We had a great vacation, and hope to make this condo our vacation destination again next summer!
