SPLASH combines a fabulous location, just 2 miles from Pier Park, with outstanding on-site amenities to create a development which is unique to Panama City Beach. SPLASH offers a spectacular array of amenities, over 400 feet of pristine Gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style beach bar & grill, and covered parking. This was our 3rd year at Splash and we love it!! Location, access and parking are great. Only complaint would be the elevator situation at times, but it’s to be expected with the number of floors. We will be back!

Our stay at James property was absolutely amazing. It came with all the necessities. The mother in law unit was off to itself which provided privacy away from everyone else. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back again.

The condo was great. It had plenty of room and was overall amazing. The only issue i had was the ac ran a little warm and there weren't any dishes to use really. But other than that wonderful place to spend time with family.

Seabreeze Jazz festival

This place is conveniently located… A beautiful view of the beach… We were only 2 1/2 miles from the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, which we attended Thursday through Sunday. Very comfortable beds and having the beach set up chairs was wonderful. The owner is very responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.
