The room was big enough but the shower curtain needs to be replaced and the shower spout in the bathhroom wouldnt allow for full flow. The main things was having to walk 3 flights or wait 30 to 45 minutes just to go down for anything. The parking deck really didnt allow for parking spaces were you could safely open your doors. 3 spaces so close together, you are either going to hit the side wall or the car beside you.
It was a great place in the beach, very clean, easy to access. A great location that was close to everything but not in the thick of the crowd. The place was small but just what we needed for a family vacation.
1st guest room had bed bug I couldn't get in touch with nobody the 1st night nor 2nd I really want my money back because we had to buy blow up beds and if ima spend 700 on a condo I expect it to be nice not fill wit bed bugs
The day we were to arrive we received call this property had maintenance issues and we weren't able to stay there. We were sent to a different location. Shore of Panama. 401.
The lady I communicated with was very polite and helpful. We met one other employee of Vacations perfected who was also friendly.
When we arrived on 10/02/2021, we were unpacking and I was putting my sons things away in the guest bedroom and found a half eaten cough drop on the bedside table. It was not ours. I cleaned it up and disinfected it myself. There were candy wrappers under the master bed. There were 2 blown light bulbs in the master bedroom and 1 blown bulb in the master bathroom. The microwave wouldn't work unless you stood at it and held it closed the whole time it was running. Then when you weren't using it at all, the table would just start turning on its own. We'd have to flip the breaker off to make sure it wouldn't cut on if we weren't in the room. There were dirty towels left in the washer. Tuesday, Oct 5th, we came back to the room to discover we had no power. After multiple phone calls, I decided to call the company we booked the room through to see if they could help and the lady tried. She sat on hold for over 25 mins to resolve it and come to find out the owners just mixed up their auto pay and paid the wrong bill so their power to the room was cut off. It was after hours so we were told it wouldn't be cut back on that day. So we had to pack an overnight bag, pack the refrigerator and freezer up and pack the car up to go stay in another room at a completely different location bc they had no rooms available where we were staying. We got almost there and was told the power was actually back on so we turned around and went back and had to unpack everything again . It literally seemed like everyday brought a new issue with that room. I understand things happen but not that many things during a one week visit.
The property was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, roomy and has an excellent view of the beach. Upon arrival, we found a load of wet towels in the washer that was sour. The washer and dryer seem old so it took forever to wash and dry the towels. The master bathroom only had two towels and and the second bathroom had 5 towels, with a total of 6 of us staying Sat-Thurs, luckily we brought our on towels. Thereâs only two elevators so the wait to go up or down was ridiculous and the parking garage is small and crowded and not easy to park a SUV in. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Unit 202.
Let me start by saying it is a nice clean room . We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean with the pier. It could use updates. The main one being a new washer and dryer. We had 5 people staying here but it says it can sleep 7. You have to wash your own bath towels not a big deal to
us but you also have to wash them and put them in the dryer before your checkout time. The dryer takes FOREVER to dry because of that we started washing and drying them the evening before our checkout or we would not have got all the towels washed and in the dryer like it states on the refrigerator before our check out time. We also did not intend to spend a lot of time in the room but tropical storm claudette had other plans. The 2 living room chairs could use some cushions we had to use extra pillows to sit on to be comfortable when we watched tv waiting the rain out. We had a few issues with the condominium itself that didnât have any fault with this room but even with a few bumps along the way we enjoyed our vacation.
Room was very clean but we only had two towels for my spouse and I and the dryer didnât work
We had a great experience. Great location just couldnât do any laundry because the dryer was broken. Had to use the same towel all week because theyâre was only one for each person and they couldnât be washed because the dryer didnât work
