I always read reviews before I book anything, and I have to agree that this property was even better than the photos! Super comfortable beds, very clean, up to date and stocked kitchen, gorgeous decorations, and I could go on and on!! The location is fantastic once you find the private beach path! Walk from the house to the street, cross at crosswalk, turn left and walk about 3-4 minutes. The entrance is between two palm trees. Youâll see the white fence! If you have a lot of beach gear, youâll want a cart. My husband and son were able to carry it up and down the flights of stairs. Once you get on the sand, basically the whole beach is yours!!! Super private and quiet!! Absolutely stunning!!!
This vacation rental was the BEST! Exactly as pictured, and the neighborhood is darling! We did encounter one minor hiccup with the cookware, but the management group had it addressed immediately. Honestly have nothing bad to say about our say and cannot wait to go back!
The location was great. We could bike to the Big Chill and Seacrest/Rosemary in about 20 minutes. The showers with double showerheads were a great touch. Loved the big TV in the living room and upgraded kitchen appliances! The beds were so comfortable too! The walk to the beach was just across the road and down a bit. Best to bring a wagon, but you will have to carry it down the stairs with 2 people. Will recommend this quiet neighborhood to others! And will stay again!
This home is well decorated with comfortable beds. It has an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor window. The backyard has a great outdoor patio that backs up to trees. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the house! Everything was exactly as we expected. Lots of space and beautifully decorated. The beach access was a little further than I expected but nothing terrible. Truly enjoyed our stay!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this spacious , lovely beach home. The community is clean and quiet. The pool is is centrally located and a good size with trees and plantings giving it a lush semi private feel. Beach access is close and easy to get to. We had 5 adults in our group and there was room to spare. Communication with the rental company was quick and helpful. Weâd highly recommend this fantastic place for your next vacation!
A friend and I brought four recent high school grads for a celebratory trip. We all had a lovely time. The house was beautiful and well-maintained, the wall to the beach was easy, and the beach itself was lovely and not overcrowded. The kids travelled to PCB and Seaside while the adults enjoyed easy relaxation, meals and home and sun. I would definitely recommend this rental.
We stayed in this complex last year but in a different house and loved the area but needed a bit more space. This house was perfect for our family. Lots of space, beautiful furnishings easy beach and pool access, well equipped kitchen if you like cooking like we do. Weâll definitely be back!
The house is very nice, better than the photos. Having bikes included is great. The service fees are very high so the listing per night is actually much higher than it looks like at first. The beach area is wonderful, close and not crowded. Itâs very easy to get to the grocery store. The construction going on in Alys Beach is an eyesore
It appears this home is a family second home that recently was arranged to be managed by a new management company, which is still ironing out processes. Not a problem typically but for the total we pay and for more that 3/4 of the total costs going to property management- my expectations are heightened.
Overall great property - good location, great size, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and plenty of TVs for everyone. All the things youâre looking for in a beach vacation rental in the area.
Location wise- it was easy bike ride to Rosemary on one side or the big chill on the other. New construction and relatively clean (there was still garbage in the back patio that wasnât moved prior to our arrival but overall nicely cleaned on the interior). The property has plenty of space to spread out and served out family well. Great size primary bedroom and bathroom. Great twin room for our young children. Would certainly recommend to others.
The main noticeable drawbacks fall on the property management not the property. They seemed a little out of touch. We didnât have parking passes that were necessary for the complex as expressed in check in instructions. When we notified management company they said theyâd look into and we didnât hear back for the remainder of our stay. We were never issued a ticket but seems like that should be a standard part of the process. That and we never saw anything on bike lock codes - feel like a intro binder might be helpful .
Also, if you are considering this property note that the kitchen sink faucet has a sensor to turn on and off. It seem to be problematic during our stay and kept needing batteries replaced multiple times in the short 3 days we were there so likely malfunctioned. Also I would recommend bringing basics such as oil and sugar as its a new Vrbo property and there wasnât any provided on-sight as well kuerig cups. Those werenât provided although they had a kuerig maker- so maybe bring youâre own or ground coffee.
I think a few more guest visitors and this pace will have its rhythm with management. Itâs a great family place and I would recommend once the minor kinks gets resolved.
Iâve had several stays where the pics were better than the actual property but this was the opposite. The house was AMAZING. Very clean. While the beach access was a little hindered because of construction, we did find an alternative access point just a little farther walk. So opt for a beach wagon or even consider a golf cart if you have little ones with you. But I canât rave enough about the home. Plenty of linens, huge storage in kitchen, a mud room and they included beach toys and board games and books. Our kids thought the top floor poker table was great for games and they loved the telescope. Publix was about a 10 minute drive away. The pool is literally yards from the front steps. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely consider coming back!
It is a lovely place, very quiet. The short walk to the beach is 0.5 miles and then 4 flights of stairs down. Beautiful beach. Make sure the side door locks and unlocks when you first arrive. We had issues with it. Very safe neighborhood, so wasn't too worried.
The home was very clean and was very well laid out for an extended family vacation. The furniture was stylish and was also very comfortable - which is not always the case. The outside shower and the room near the front door for beach supplies was very useful. The home appeared to be only a year or two old and everything in the home was top quality and was in good working order. It has a super huge refrigerator. We did have some trouble getting the TV channels to work but we linked it to our Youtube TV subscription and was able to watch the kid's shows that they wanted to see, and the college baseball games for the adults.
