Twickenham welcomes you to enjoy the salt air breeze from the balcony as you watch the ocean in the distance and the parade of bicycles below. Twickenham offers the best location as you rest within steps of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach Subdivision, but really there is no reason to leave the Villages where you are entertained by live music in the courtyard, boutique shopping, and unforgettable dining.

Twickenham is professionally a decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation rental. The two front bedrooms share a spacious full hallway bathroom. As you continue through down the hall you will see a spacious modern kitchen with granite countertops, high top seating around the bar, and overlooking a large living room. The master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite. The master bedroom also has private access to the balcony overlooking the magic of 30A below. For extra space there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The location is unbeatable, and the interior is perfect for 6 guests, so make it a family getaway, a girl's trip, a romantic retreat, or couples escape. Whatever the reason, make Twickenham your next destination on 30A.

This was a very clean and well kept condo. Everything was in good shape and very clean. All the necessities were there. Beds were comfortable and had good choice of pillows. The location was great. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It was easy to find food and entertainment options near by. Pool was heated and nice. Beach access was awesome. This property was exactly as presented on VRBO. The place felt like home… The decor throughout was beautiful, clean and quality materials. I loved the decor pillows in the master so much I ordered some for myself online. I would recommend this condo as we will be staying here again!

My family of four stayed for a full week and enjoyed every moment. The home was as advertised. The high ceilings, well appointed on-suite, and nice size kitchen were all a plus. We were well positioned for eating and shopping. Starbucks was steps away! The food, clothing, and craft booths on Sunday were a pleasant surprise. The pool was quite refreshing and the multiple firework displays were over the top. We could sit on our balcony and see the fireworks shows.

Great location, perfect for familes

We had a lovely time at Twickenham! We had 2 littles (3 and 6) and 4 adults; had plently of room and space. The management company checked on us multiple times and were very responsive and helpful. The location was PERFECT; close the the pools and the walk to Rosemary Beach's town center is close and enjoyable. The balcony faces 30A and we could see the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach fireworks from it! It was quiet when we wanted it to be and fun and active when we wanted to engage downstairs in the music and evening activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Seacrest Village stay

The property was really nice and lovely. However, our stay was shortened because of the weather. Tornado conditions terrible rains and straight line winds caused us to leave the property two days early. Actually three days early. Anyway thank you for your time and I would recommend Paradise properties to anyone who would like to rent from them.

Beautiful condo with great views. My only complaint was that there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Definitely would have been nice to have in the bedrooms and living room. It gets very hot during the Summer. Otherwise, our stay was great and I hope to stay at Twickenham in the future.
