Welcome to Ocean Villa 1202!

If relaxing with stunning views of the beach and the sound of the surf are what you’re looking forward to, then this is the condo for you! This beachfront condo is located on the 12th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! There are lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six. When you walk in, you’ll immediately notice how light and cheery the condo is, and the fun beachy dĂ©cor. The master bedroom has separate balcony access and the second bedroom has beautiful views of the morning sunrise.

Perfect Family Stay

The place was perfect size for my family. We looked at several before we finally decided on this one. Its close enough to walk to most things that we chose to do as a family. Its obviously lived in but everything was clean and in working condition. We are already planning our next trip and planning on staying there again.

ON the beach!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in PCB and at this condo! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The best part was the beach! To get there, we rode the elevator down then walked across the pool and Ta-Da! the beach! Everything was easy and relaxing. I do want to note that the beds cheap, hard, and springy and I would suggest the owner hang curtains in the second bedroom. Everything else was Perfect!

The room and location were very nice. Some of the furniture and appliances were a bit worn and in some instances need to be replaced. Would have been nice if living room ceiling fan worked and if there had been chase lounges on the patio. Overall, very nice property.

Great room. Exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for use in late March when the weather is not so hot. The balcony was where we spent most of our time, beautiful view. The carefree check in and out allows you to enter/leave at your convenience. We definitely would stay here again. We were very happy with security presence.

This was a very nice place. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen. We did have trouble with one of the ceiling fans in the living room area the switch was broken. They said they had one ordered if it had not come in yet other than that it was nice place very clean we really enjoyed our stay I would recommend it

View is incredible!!

The condo was in a perfect location close to everything. The balcony and the views are breath taking. The condo was clean yet needs an update. You can tell it is lived in and needs a fresh coat of paint, repair holes in the walls from missing towels racks, and make sure necessary updates to living room furniture, and kitchen appliances. We called maintenance and they responded almost immediately and came the next day. I was impressed with the response time.

Great views and relaxing stay!!

We had a great week at the beach! Wonder views, great restaurants just steps away. We arrived to a freshly cleaned condo. We didn’t have any issues with the condo. It was a little worn but more of a lived in feel but clean. This was our second stay here and we’ll come again. If I had any complaints it would be with some of the people renting the chairs/ umbrellas in front of the ocean Villas. Unfortunately, some were very rude when their chairs were set up behind family’s personal chairs. But besides that, wonderful relaxing time ( definitely needed for two nurses and a retired firefighter 😊).
