Villa Sunrise is a 2 bedroom detached Villa, and situated in a fantastic location on an exclusive development lying next to a beautiful sandy beach with a small picturesque fishing harbour just 50 meters away, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Our Villa is ideal for families and couples. Full remote controlled air conditioning that doubles as heating provided in all rooms. A safe is fitted in the Villa for your convenience.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with balconies - one double and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom and shower. Washing machine.
Downstairs: Open plan living room with TV, sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
Rear: Private pool with sun beds, umbrella s and shower for your enjoyment. There is also a patio area with a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining and a traditional BBQ.
Our Villa manager Elaine will be available to you during your stay if you need any help or have any questions. A welcome pack is provided including tea, coffee, milk and sugar. We adopt a non-smoking policy in our Villa, and ask you respect this request for the benefit of our guests.
Just a few minutes walk you can find a 24 hour bakery, Zorba, with fresh croissants and bread in the morning who also have traditional and non-traditional foods to take away.
Even closer is The Bakers Arms, a traditional English pub, open all year round.

There is a bus stop within walking distance of the Villa which takes you to various locations including Protoras, Ayia Napa, Paralimni amongst others.
