Alongside the bedrooms is a bathroom on each of the three storeys, including two shower rooms and a full family bathroom, all of which are modern and sparkling.

Just a stone’s throw from the lively, world-famous town of Ayia Napa, Protaras dazzles with silky sand, crystal-clear waters and a vibrant, yet more relaxed culture. The area is brimming with incredible beaches, promenades lined with restaurants, bars and cafes and tons of activities for all ages.

While it’s certain the beaches that entice most visitors, there’s a whole lot more on offer on Cyprus’ east coast! Cape Greco’s coastal path provides the most serene setting for a hike, amid the jagged rocks and dramatic scenery. The landscape is abounding with ancient historical sites, churches and monasteries, dotted among the wild fennel and quaint settlements.

There are endless incredible day trips to be enjoyed from the villa, like WaterWorld, a huge Greek-themed waterpark boasting ‘Apollo’s Plunge’, ‘Phaethon’s Flume’ and ‘The Fall of Icarus’ as well as food outlets and youngster-friendly rides. Then there’s the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, just an hour’s drive away, with sandstone Venetian walls surrounding the quaint old town, abounding with museums and churches and cafés and shops. Or you can take a boat trip through the protected nature park area of Cape Greco, great for snorkelling and scuba diving!

And of course, just a ten-minute taxi drive away is the dazzling town of Ayia Napa, a party town with a fun-filled atmosphere, if you’re after a lively night!

This property is also within a 45-minute drive of Larnaca International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be quick and easy!
