Overall 2/10 we stayed in the family 2 bedroom studio upstairs the stovetop did work, but the heat coming off it was very poor. You couldn't cook a meal, it would probably take half a day to cook that would normally take 30 mins The tv worked but no tv stations, the only thing that we could watch was netflix, i had to use my account because there account didn't work because of the wifi. i mentioned it to staff, they tried to get it working, they couldn't work it out and she said this tv is different from the other rooms. Thirdly the toilet it had a bad odour around the toilet like body odour or similar but i truly think this odour might be coming from rotting wood. The place is run down needs a complete make over or at least the basics sorted. I probably won't stay here again needs a working stove and tv that can get all stations im pretty savvy when it comes to electronic stuff and i still couldnt get it going i mention to them what was needed but they can choose to listen or not, or just replace the tv like the other rooms and lastly the toilet is not up to standard. The only good thing was the bed which was comfortable and close to the beach saved it from getting a 1/10. Thanks

Overall cleanliness poor dryed up toilet paper stuck to ceiling in bathroom. Dirt in spa, could hear neighbor above us walk around all the time.

Loved that the lights and heater was on on our arrival. Good comms pre arrival and Nice welcome note. Only downfall was the complex was a bit old run down . Carparking not ideal and we expected a bath, cooking and laundry washing facilities judging by the photos. Pays to read the fine print and double check before booking exactly what you are booking rather than relying on photos . $145 for 2 adults and 1 kid. Cant complain too much for that price.

It's exactly what ypu expect for the price, it'sa room where you sleep and nothing more. Rhe room wasn't serviced every day which is hard when you are travelling with two kids.

Smelly dirty hotel!!

Will never go to that hotel again!! Checking in was horrible along with the room. Smelt so bad was very out dated and broken windows. Pictures on ad were not what it turned out to be. Do not stay here!! Very disappointed and upset as it was too late to change. So had to stay!!

Bathroom, kitchen areas tired. Bedside cabinet surfaces sticky, no coasters so cups etc stuck .. Bed clean and comfortable, some of pillows could be better. Staff excellent and helpful.
