The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues at the general area with the quality of potable water (except the interruption ...)

Inget bra bemötande

Anlände till Parga Town för att checka in på Ideal House, som enligt kartan då låg centralt i centrum. Dock visade sig dessvärre att hotellets plats inte låg på angiven plats, utan 15 minuter bortom centrum med bil. Absolut ett mysigt område men inte alls vad det utlovade sig att vara enligt kartan. Hotell ägaren tyckte inte att hon lurat oss utan sa istället att hon ansåg det var helt okej att vi skulle ta bilen till centrala delen. Vilket verkligen inte är hennes sak att avgöra eller uttala sig om. Vi ville ha hotellet på angiven plats och inte så långt upp i bergen och vara bunden till bil. Efter ca 2 timmars väntan och diskussion så vägrade hotell ägaren göra en återbetalning på bokningen och vi vände oss istället till Hotels kundservice då även dem försökte prata med henne och hon var inte mottaglig för att resonera kring detta och skyllde ifrån sig ansvaret. Vi tipsade ägaren om att ändra kartan och det har dem nu gjort vilket är bra för andra resenärer.
