Nice, clean place

Owner was happy to help us work through challenges getting on the WiFi and perhaps was his first time hosing a VRBO guest so initial instruction / communication will hopefully be better in the future. Had reasonable rules and expectations of his guest. Nice layout and well kept. Didn't see the air conditioner listed in the amenities which was the primary reason I booked, but there is a nice cross breeze if you open doors on either side of the apartment and I never asked about the AC.

The owner was extremely congenial and easy to work with. The apartment is in a safe, quiet area. About a 5 minute walk from local restaurants and grocery. The RER station was a 10-minute walk and the Bagneux metro about 15 minutes. Very pleasant walks. WI-FI very fast. We stayed in June and the evenings were cool so it was pleasant, but if it’s hot and you need A/C be aware the apartment only has fans. Other than that it is definitely worth the price.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Diese Unterkunft als Ferienwohnung zu bezeichnen ist ein absoluter Witz. Überall lagen Sachen des Eigentümers, als würde dieser selbst dort wohnen und wäre nur kurz verreist. Der Kühlschrank war voller Lebensmittel und die Waschmaschine voll mit Klamotten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist extrem dürftig. Wir haben zu dritt gebucht und hatten nur 2 mal Bettzeug und 2 Handtücher. Gestört hat uns auch der muffige Geruch in der Wohnung. Aber am schlimmsten war, dass wir an unserem ersten Morgen früh um 7 Uhr von lärmenden Bohrmaschinen aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Es waren Handwerker im Haus, die in jeder Wohnung neue Gegensprechanlagen installierten. Natürlich kamen sie auch zu uns, sodass an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Darüber hat uns niemand informiert! Am nächsten Morgen ging die Lärmbelästigung im Haus weiter. Auf sowas hätte ich im Urlaub gerne verzichtet!

Excellent séjour chez Mamadou

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte Mamadou qui a été très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L'appartement est agréable et très bien placé pour visiter Paris. Le lit est super confortable et nous avons très bien dormi.
