This property is outstanding. The staff is kind, considerate, and always available to answer questions. The food was excellent and the room was clean and updated. I like this place very much. The breakfast was healthy with lots of choices of fruit, whole grain bread and 100% juices. The selection of breakfast items was excellent. Eggs were cooked two different ways, if you asked the attendant for a specific cooked egg, she would cook it for you.

Me and my wife came from the U.S and stayed at this hotel throughout our entire vacation in Paris, France. This hotel was extremely generous, respectful, courteous and English-friendly. The room we got was a bit smaller than anticipated but still perfect for our needs. Does not have a clothes Iron in some units, you will need to go down to the lobby to iron any clothes.

The stay was good, the room was comfortable and had a decent size for Paris standards. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small plastic water bottles in rooms was unfortunately unsustainable. The room also did not have a water boiler for coffee/tea or a fridge, which would have been great.

David at the front desk was pleasant and hospitable! The room was exactly what I needed for my layover in Paris! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was up-to-date!! The location was a bit out of the way from most attractions but walkable ( 21 mins) to the Arc de Triomphe! There were also plenty of cafes in the area!
