The room was very clean and comfortable, and some people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had an issue: the night before leaving we requested to be waked up at 7 am, and the man at the front desk asked if we wanted they to knock the door or call by phone, we told him to call by pone but they never called to wake us up. Fortunately we woke up on time, but we had never had this experience in any other hotel: requesting this and not having it. We forgot to comment this issue when we were leaving. In spite of that our stay was nice and pleasurable. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable room with some quirky decor. Lots of restaurants in the area. Very convenient to Montparnasse train station, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. The only negative was that we had a lot of noise from the street at night. Our room was a bit stuffy and it would have been nice to have the window open a bit, but we were hearing some noise even with the window closed. We only had a 2 night stay so this was not a major issue, but I think it would have been a problem for a longer stay.

I loved being able to have dinner in the restaurant at night after long days of walking and the staff was so kind and helpful to me giving me directions to my Disney pick up and helping me in trying to find my phone on check out (I left it on the coffee maker and I don't drink coffee! haha) I want to say a BIG Thank You to the staff for being so kind each day and I hope to maybe one day see the hotel again <3

The food was okay if the waiters brought you the meal you ordered. There were fantastic restaurants close by. Some rooms had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. All in all the r see tay was just okay.
